Lovely quiet place for a few days stay in Palm Springs.

Self contained apartments with kitchen. Comfy bed. Quiet. Easy to get to. Well located. Parking. Helpful staff.

I came without a car to hike and relax, this place made that all possible.

Close to hiking trails and grocery stores. Staff was super friendly and any requests were immediately addressed. Quiet room, make-up mirror and kitchen made it nice. Nice get togethers in the lobby.

Unfortunately, because a dog friendly place room had a bit of an odor but not too bad.

Great stay and excellent bang for your vacation buck

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the housekeeping to registration, everyone was great. Several times they had wine and chocolate tasting in the lobby. They even offered root beer floats one afternoon. The pool was a perfect temperature and offered both lounges for sun bathing and shelter for reading. The location was also great for shopping and walking.

The north/west pool was too cold to swim in.

Not all rooms had w/d. Loud music and people in hot tub area (right next to room after 10. Kind of pushy concierge. Yard and deck people noisy at or before 7 am! Toilets didn’t flush very well. The two worldmark properties have very similar names which made it very confusing for some of the people trying to find the place!

The location is good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was great, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and we will go again.

Some of the guests at the pool were not friendly towards us, we had black and Latino family all together and we were not welcomed at the pool. Just an FYI about that. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the grill though, even though other guests left the pool and grill area when our group got in the pool with nasty expressions

Secret hideaway

Victoria and the manager went over and above to meet my requests and get me an early checkin. Also followed up to make sure everything was up to speed. Staff is always great to talk to. The pool areas were immaculate as was everything else. Don't tell anyone as I want this to be my secret hideaway.

That I had to leave and load the car with all the stuff my wife bought at the thrift stores with our casino winnings. I can usually find something that could be better but this trip everything was perfect. Keep it up as I will be back.

Very nice place to stay with family

There were ample games and movies for the kids to borrow. The pool was clean. There were outside games to play. The staff was extremely accommodating.

The AC in the room was leaking water that we could not see. The carpet was saturated and our clothes got wet.

The condo unit was as nice as any I've ever stayed in. Very spacious, VERY comfortable bed, good A/C, well-stocked kitchen...just really nice accommodations. Oh, and the staff were all very nice.

Wonderful as always

My family has been staying at the Plaza resort and spa for at least 17 years. There are many things we like about it. Also they’re the only resort that allow pets and that’s a big factor for all of us since we all have fur babies. It’s always a wonderful day.

Very disappointed in our stay

Location was good. Pool area nice

The rooms were infested with bugs that left many bites on everyone in our party. Especially in the bedroom. I reported it to 3 people who didn’t seem worried about it. The rooms were dark and there were no pictures on the wall. Very uninviting. There was food left in the refrigerator. The coffee maker didn’t work. I will never stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Comfortable suite with plenty of room. A well stocked kitchen. A lovely pool area. Friendly helpful staff. Free large washer and dryer to use on site.

Room 409 is next to the jacuzzi. The pool area is open until 11pm so it was hard to sleep until then. We like to go to bed earlier than that because we get up early to go hiking

Big Surprises from this Hidden Gem…….

Great Location, close proximity to everything, still feels like the Desert I grew up loving…Serene Ambiance all around, golf courses, palm trees …It’s no frills but the staff, amenities & immaculate grounds are so comforting . The accommodations leave one not needing for anything else but to take in the beauty & tranquility of the desert…Spacious & Clean Studios & 1 bedrooms made one feel like home, INCREDIBLE comfortable & firm mattress which I slept like a baby on too…..The accessibility to anything we’d need was so surprising too. Staff was SO welcoming & available…Definitely going to come back….

As I said, it’s no frills but all the good qualities, location & added comforts almost make one forget . the pool areas could be a bit more inviting….(not “party!” but just a bit more alluring ….That was my only complaint….Didn’t feel like I wanted to indulge at the main pool at all. There’s a second, smaller “Quiet Pool” which, though small, felt more inviting….That was my only My only complaint….Dog friendly too! It was an amazing stay for my pup too !
