Decent option for ritzy Palm Springs

Someone smoked weed throughout the night and I could smell it in my room. The person next door had a toddler and played with them in front of my room all morning starting around 7a, with yelling and squealing and all the annoying kid sounds.

It is a really bad property to stay.

Found a big fly in the room. The duvet had dark spot. Multiple lamps/lights did not work. Too much noise. No electric socket near bed.

Location is great. Pool and pool area clean. Laundry room clean.

Rooms are worn out. Walls, floors and bathroom dirty and stained. Bedding old. Bathroom walls are so dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. Hard to find parking. Washer and dryer are $3 per load.

Glad it was just one night

It was in California. It was on the highway so it was easy drop off and pick up for Lyft. The staff was nice.

The hot tub was not clean and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. The room floor was not mopped and the furniture was not clean at all. There was no one at the desk when you called. The window would not lock so you could hear the road noise and people walking by.

I did not like the stay. It did not satisfy basic needs.

I didn’t like that the outlets are broken and the beds were not cleaned properly, if cleaned at all. The sink and shower head are not delivering adequate water pressure. They need to be replaced. The floor needs to be replaced. Beds are broken. The wood underneath one of the beds is bad.

Bad, even for a Motel-6 - Not recommended.

Front desk staff at the time of check-in and the night-time staff were super friendly, the manager at the time of check-out not so much. The room was clean, in the morning there was coffee and a choice of different teas.

I had booked a Deluxe Queen Room - Non-Smoking for more than $120, but we got a much smaller than expected room that reeked of stale smoke. This was clearly no a Non-Smoking room. And it was facing the 6-lane busy road. This Motel-6 has not been renovated for a long time, everything is outdated. The location is just north of the nicer areas of Palm Dessert in a lot less nicer environment. I would not recommend staying there.

There is nothing to like about this property

Everything. Very dirty. Light switch broken. Could not turn off bathroom light. AC unit made a terrible sound when on. Toilet would not shut off. It's a terrible place for $100 bucks a night.

I was excited to return to the area for the Rod Stewart concert! This location provided me an outstanding option. I appreciated how friendly the staff members were. It was easy to unload, pack, and repack my suitcases and to load my vehicle since the rooms faced the parking lot.

Every time I needed to open my room i.had to go to the office so someone can come and open the door. "System was not working, therefore they didnt give us a key" .. it was a non-smoking room but smell terrible, there food leftovers from previous ones in the microwave, floor was dirty..

How dirty the room was. The floors were disgusting upon arrival. There was dried detergent all over the inside bathroom door and explicit writing on the door. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I didnt get any sleep the entire time, 3 nights. I was so beyond tired after staying at this hotel. Not recommended. Then again, it is a Motel 6. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Everything was clean, The price for being on a weekend that I staid there it was a good price. I was happy with the place employees very friendly..

I didn’t like the bed.. the mattress is an old mattress very uncomfortable they need to get new mattresses.. the Ac was throwing a bad smell I don’t know if they need to be clean But everything else was good.

I didn’t have the breakfast,I slept till It was time to check out.. Bed was very comfortable slept like a baby

The only thing I didn’t like is the people upstairs or walk like an elephant. The next time I’ll book for upstairs room.. but overall it was good. Staff was very friendly.
