It was good value but the white haired guy could idea a few courses in Hopitality and customer service. Within the first 45 seconds I was told No twice in a kurt and authoritarian manner. But it seemed more like he wanted who ever and whatever to k ow that he is the boos. The rest of the staff were lovely. The place was decent enough except for the first innstace of walking into the office after a long journey to reach the place and be met with an unwelcome manner. Was not a great start. Thanks to the guy behind the counter yet whom gave me. An extra blanket.

That I had to check out so soon .and that even though they talked to booking.com they alternately did not want to allow us the $100.00 payment and and let booking cover the rest with the $70 voucher from booking.com
