Overall our stay was pleasurable.

Other than the incident on November 2024, our stay here has always been amazing.

Tia is a pleasure to work with, she is courteous and friendly, and always willing to help make our stay an amazing experience.

The one thing that I did not like was that last year, November 2024, our reservation was canceled and no one notified me. I had family coming for the Thanksgiving holiday and this put me a very difficult situation. I called to request a downstairs unit and that is when I found out that my reservation had been canceled. I was informed that owners take priority and I was bumped off to accommodate an owner. This was very disappointing to me, Booking.com did find us a room at the Oasis Resort in Palm Springs, though I was grateful to them, the accommodations were not the greatest. Our holiday experience was negatively impacted by the fact that Worldmark canceled my reservation without notice. That was extremely unprofessional.

Its was alright other than both neighbors not letting us rest.

Everything, but the neighbors

My upstairs neighbors wouldn’t stop moving furniture around and it sounded like banging noises the whole time. On the second night I had to call staff because my neighbors to the side of me was smacking the door that divides both rooms, they where trying to open our door for a good minute, till we had to yell at them because they woke us up and we thought someone was trying to break in.

Beautiful grounds

I was not aware there was breakfast available but the grounds were VERY nice. I did like that I was able to park my car in a garage. Although it was kind of a pain to get out of the car to open/close the door.

I was told we would have a queen size bed but it was a full size bed. One of the outlets next to the bed did not work but things like that happen.

Very near to the golf course

They dont change the towels and we need to throw our own trash. Staffs were very kind but i need to buy my own butane since they didnt respond to my request 2x. . But its ok. They are so attentive and helpful
