The bed was comfy and the rooms were pretty clean for the most part

The noise in the hotel from the time I checked in and checked out were horrible. A child was screaming so bad all night that I almost called 911, until I realized it was an entitled guest/family that stay long term. Children were running down the hallway and banging on our door. You could hear everything in the hotel. The pool was absolutely disgusting & so cloudy that you couldnt even see the bottom, literally a health hazard & i do not recommend getting into it(it simply needs a filter system and to get shocked) . The noise and pool are both things that have been complained about in past reviews on Google and obviously management doesnt bother to address it. Cars were getting broken into just a few days before we got there, i feel very fortunate our truck was safe over the night (again another thing people have been complaining about for months in google reviews). We had previously drove 7+ hours and had another 7+ hour drive and our rest was not a care to anyone in the hotel. I felt very, very unwelcomed by mostly entitled guests. The breakfast included with the stay was very bare minimum and i was hardly able to walk in due to guests and lack of order. Checking out was easy but then I found out once leaving that my card was charged twice with a $50 incidental fee, why I'll never know. I called the office and was told they didnt know but that it appears to have been "voided' but I wont know if thats true for a few days or until it shows on my end. You book a hotel for rest and comfort and unfortunately I had neither. Mind you I am a very fair and understanding person. This is my honest review and I only do this to try and help the next person, I also think its about time this hotel is held accountable.

The bed was Very Comfortable! Much appreciated after 12 hours of travel. Front desk was super nice on the phone and in person, even though we got in VERY late.

Advertising as a place to stay near the airport... it seemed like it took forever to get to it. It is not very close to the green lot! The Building it's self is so old. The bathrooms appeared dirty whether they were or not because of the age and appearance. There were a lot of people in the lobby trying to eat at the same time. There was NOTHING available. Staff just could not keep up with the demand.

Close proximity to Columbus Ohio and plenty of attractions nearby. Plus, ok amenities.

We were ok with the pool closing at 10 p.m., but the way we got escorted out was excessive. Staff took the pool towel prior to 10 p.m., and the family was stuck to walk out with wet swimsuits. Which explains the musky smell on the hallways if this is the common occurrence.

Elevator was out of service. Did not know this prior to arrival (unsure when it went down). I probably would not have stayed there had I known elevator was out and I was on 2nd floor.

Very disappointed stay for the cost of the stay.

When making the reservation we requested a handicap room, when we arrived the elevator was out of service and there were no rooms on the 1st floor. We were traveling for 2 weeks with 4 adults 6 suit cases and no offer of help from staff. We were there for 3 nights and going up multiple stairs was very difficult. Very poor service and never had maid service the entire stay. Will not stay again.

Our TV remote didn't work well, but not really a big deal. I had to keep getting up from the bed and get really close to the TV.

Breakfast was less than average. Few choices, no decaf tea either day, noisy, crowded room. Both nights there were loud, unruly children heard through the bathroom vent and from the ceiling. We understand parental discipline was not up to the hotel but the vent in the bathroom made it sound like they were in our room.

The staff tried to be as patient and amazing as they could be. I brought my dog and when we weren’t in the room would bark and others could hear her clearly. She would bark more at the door of entry to the rooms (we moved in hopes we wouldn’t bother anyone else again) because she can see and hear people walk by. There was a good size gap under our doors where again she could hear and see everyone. The pool was warm and so was the pool room I enjoyed that.

They had curfew. There was visible wear and tear to the building and rooms. When we moved our room was very warm and stayed warm u til next morning when waking and about when we had to wake up pack and leave. The walls were thin and doors had gaps where they could hear our dog clearly barking even tho claiming to be pet friend. They tried to move us where no one was around and there ended up being guests surrounding us and complained again when we would try to leave the room even to simply swim. The tv couldn’t work at first. Parking was almost non existent our second night. We almost couldn’t have our second night due to booking.com miscommunication. The first staff member we encountered was a bit rude. The staff was nervous and afraid to use the elevator cuz it was iffy.

Cleanliness, staff very friendly, breakfast had a lot of choices, pool hours and breakfast hours were perfect! Size of hot tub and temperature was the best!

Pool temperature was too cool and would have been under the "likes" had it been a bit warmer. The location of not having maybe an adjoining area to the hotel next door to have access to the stoplight intersection made it very difficult during peak traffic times to turn into your property! Would be nice to see a service road that directed you to the stoplight!

The breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was friendly.

We mostly choose this hotel for a fun stay at a hotel with a pool. We were told upon checking in that the pool would be open in the morning at 6am. However when morning came, the staff put a sign saying the pool was temporarily closed. The lady at the front desk said it was under maintenance and would only be closed temporarily. So we waited another hour and a half and checked the pool area. There was still no one working on the pool and the water was completely still. I went back to the desk and asked to speak to the management personnel that posted the closed sign. They just said that per the general manager, the pool was going to be closed all day. We felt as though we had been lied to as the manager on site was clearly preparing for a business leadership meeting and there was no maintenance being down to the pool. The staff member that checked us in the night prior had no knowledge of this closing. There were many guests very disappointed as we saw many people coming down to the pool - dressed and ready to swim - and had to break their children’s hearts because management failed to communicate this anticipated closure. Had we known that the pool was going to be closed on a Sunday when there are lots of guests expected to be at the hotel, we definitely would not have stayed. The price we paid was way too high for just staying the night and not enjoying the amenities of the hotel as expected. We live close by and would have simply just stayed home if we knew this would have happened. I’ve never been so disappointed by hotel management in all of my years of travel. No compensation or any kind of efforts were made to make any amends.

The entire facility was clean and comfy and the staff was friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed the breakfast and Jacuzzi.

The parking lot was pretty small and the spots were a little tight.

On loud highway, room over outside sitting area, light was on all night and loud people smoking until 2am. Rug and walls stained, fixtures worn.

Location was close to my daughter’s house, our destination. The breakfast was very good. Many choices. Personnel taking care of the breakfast were always checking to see if anything needed replenished. Also keeping the area clean. Rooms were very updated and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

No tissues in the holder in the bathroom. That’s all I can think of!

The staff was rude. There were no towels at the pool when asking the front desk I was told they really didn’t have any. They gave me 2 towels for 6 people. My room had red stains all on the floor, the bottom of the shower was cracking. The pillows were very worn, not fluffy at all.
