The room is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Breakfast is decent for this type of property and price point. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

This is a very nice property except for the NOISE. Toilets are low-volume, pressure-assisted, and sound like rockets taking off every time you, or any room around you, flush. All through the night. The room door closure springs are heavily weighted so that when a door closes anywhere in the hall (and there are lots of rooms on each floor), it sounds like a gunshot. When the night owls come in and when the early birds go out. The primary purpose of a hotel room is sleeping, and it's not easy here. Fortunately, only had to stay one night.

The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to major restaurants, stores, and easy access to the highway. The coffee in the lobby was surprisingly really good.

I would like to preface that this is not a reflection on the staff as they were nice to interact with and I COULD have made a complaint but chose not to due to my short stay. However, I was placed on the first floor at the very last room right by the side door leading outside. This door SLAMS behind everyone that goes through this door. People were in/out until 1am and started back up around 6am. Every time this door shut the room I was placed in shook. I did not sleep or relax one bit while I was there. The hotel would do well with blocking off that room from putting guests because it's honestly quite cruel to anyone, light sleeper or not, to put them next to a door that slams all night. You could at the very least lock that door after 11pm or something. To put salt in the wound, the water temperature in the shower never got above tepid. So a lesson to myself to speak up when I'm placed in a crappy room but also a note to the hotel that regardless of where or when someone books a room, do not place them in the room next to a slamming door.

It wasn’t loud no matter how busy it was in the lobby. It was super clean and my room was spacious for a family of six. I loved the dishwasher in the room as well.

Upon arriving they charged me $50 per night,to be refunded if I did not use it. This hotel has no restaurant or bar and only limited essentials. I think this practice is very unprofessional and unethical. I am not asked to pay for my meal in a restaurant before I order my meal and eat the food .
