Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus East Reynoldsburg by IHG

Just got back from a trip, and I have to say the hotel was spotless! The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything ran. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!

Clean and safe and great breakfast food

Everyone we encountered was pleasant, but not overly friendly or welcoming. The bed was clean and looked nice, but was sagging in the middle, not terribly comfortable. General cleanliness was good, breakfast was good. No major complaints about anything, but an overall unremarkable stay.

Don't like to see small microwave

Friendly staff, the room looked really nice. The couch looked crammed. The lobby looks full...too many couches not enough staff for luggage and ppl checking in, you just feel in the way. The downfall was the bathtub! The faucet was SUPER HARD to open! And everything else was loose. The tub felt unstable. Other than that, everything including breakfast was great!

Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and accessible. Conveniently located close to supermarket and restaurants. Very peaceful and pleasant.

Overcharged for the stay. Paid more than Expedia stated.

The pancake maker was the best and the lady that ran the breakfast was so hospitable and helpful…GREAT JOB! And the desk gentleman was so helpful giving us instruction how to stay in the middle lane to exit for Indiana..another helpful tip..THANK YOU!

The only really bad area, was the pool. There were very little non slip runners. The pool area was extremely slippery! We saw a toddler, who was walking slowly fall. She hit her head, and if it wasnt for the life jacket her mother had on her, that could have ended up with an extremely bad head wound. That area is a lawsuit waiting to happen!! My friend who has to walk with a cane, had to get help from a wonderful gentleman,who was also a guest, to get to the door from the pool.

Quick nights sleep but exactly what I needed!

I called three days before my check in requesting an early check-in. I was told I needed to call the day before so the day before my I called requesting an early check-in. I was told I needed to call the day before so the day before I called and was told that I could check in between 130 and 2 pm. Whenever I arrived the white gentleman (only using ethnicity because so the hotel is aware of whom was there). The guy was rude I was told that nobody there would have told me that because that’s how they handle it. I told him to look in my reservation because it had been noted he was rude about it, and still told me that it was not the way that it should be done. He did allow me to check in, but had a horrible attitude the next morning I spoke to him again, asking his recommendation on how to handle early check ins and he was still extremely rude

After 2 different failed attempts at lackluster hotels, and tempers reaching boiling points, my family and I decided on the Holiday Inn Express. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and everyone we encountered from the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Definitely changed the outcome of how our weekend went for the better and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area

First room they put me in had black mod in the tub and 2nd room the shower didnt work correctly and towel holder was barely hanging and the toilet paper holder was barely hanging also

Not bad, but not great. An obvious overhaul of a previously non-HIE hotel, and a poorly done, rushed overhaul. Painting throughout very sloppy, tub in bathroom squeaky due to poor install, and lobby layout was very small feeling. I can usually count on a comfortable bed and great shower at HIE, but neither was the case at this location. The price was OK for the area, and the establishment was clean and safe so that’s a positive.

Everything was great!

Easy access of the freeway. Mostly nice experience. The only issue was a strong "mold like" odor in the bathroom of our hotel room.

Loved being able to walk across the street to Walmart for groceries. Also nice pool and breakfast options.
