Very nice!

I really liked this hotel. The location is very convenient, with good parking available. The room was clean, the bed linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. A special thank you to the front desk staff — the gentleman at reception even gave me bottles of drinking water for the road, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here the prior week and i enjoyed that stay. But the bedding needs attention.

Love the location. Bed was comfortable.

Ice machine on my floor was broke. Fridge was barely cold. But my main complaint was when i returned home both my ankles were itching terribly. i believe i was bitten from the bedding there.

Great stay, great festival.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable and is located in a great city. Check in was super simple and had friendly staff. The music festival I booked this hotel for was a total blast as well, and the drive was very easy to go back and forth.

The venue I was traveling to from the hotel was a little bit far, but it was only a 30-45 minute drive.

A worthy stop on your travels

The room was clean and comfortable and big. Each room gets a little Jeep duck, which is a nice touch. Front desk staff was polite. Breakfast was good especially the lemon poppyseed scones.

It's a very small thing, but I missed the small print about 75.00 pet fee for our small Shibu Inu. So, if you're traveling with a pet, prepare to pay.

That it was right off the interstate

The fact they charge 75$ for pet fee. That’s the most expensive place I’ve ever paid for pet fee. If Hampton is owned by Hilton this is sad especially since they claim to be so “pet” friendly I would never stay again. The bed was so uncomfortable I was so sore when I woke up.

The hotel in general looks like it need really good renovation. Carpet looks old and the first room we were given had a bad smell (smells dump and some kind of sewage). They were willing to give us a different room but even that one did not smell fresh. All staff were unfriendly. They are not welcoming at all. Even when they gave us the new room they didn't even offer to help with the move. We were also expecting to get our rooms cleaned the next morning but they didn't clean. They said we had to request that. And they only clean every other day. Over all not the best experience.

Very nice, clean, hotel!

Night person! She was extremely rude to my sister and my nephew when they arrived exhausted at 1:00 am after an 8 hour drive through intense storms! I had let the wonderful day staff know about the late arrival and they said there would be no problem, but the night person refused to check them in— even though they had a copy of the reservation on their phone. They had to wake me up to speak to this very rude person and assure her that they indeed were part of my reservation. She said if she checked them in on my reservation, it would be “fraud”! The irony of it all is that they were paying for their own rooms! Needless to say it was a very difficult night for all of us .

It was great!

The man who checked me in was great! He was very welcoming and very friendly. The room had a lot of nice things in it including a fridge and microwave which was beyond what I was expecting. The location was so close to all of the food places so when we got hungry, we were minutes away.

Location was good right off the highway.

This is a typical cheaply built side-of-the-interstate hotel with paper thin walls. As such, when the neighbors decided to stay up until 4 am talking and laughing like Beavis & Butthead (my husband complained to the front desk at 3:30 so I’m not sure if that’s why they finally quieted down), my husband and I got practically no sleep! I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault, but if my kids hadn’t been sleeping through it all (thankfully), I’d have been inclined to check out in the middle of the night and just continue our drive home since we were wide awake anyway.
