Outstanding!

This hotel was literally perfect, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, the room was well kept, and the overall facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive to any needs. The Wi-Fi was free and fast with a WAP in each room for my business needs. Used the gym every day, while small it was awesome to break and sweat and do a workout while on the road. I also used their laundry facility while i stayed for 4 nights which was another bonus for anyone that doesn't want to have a bag of dirty laundry and can pack clean clothes for easier departure.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel, it's facilities and its staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and personally if I were to travel to the area again, I would be booking my stay at this location.

Staff was amazing

That you could hear everyone in the pool even fem the other end of the hotel. Kids running up and down the hallway making a dog bark and bark and bark. Doors slamming. Hard to get kids asleep

It was mostly clean the elevator floor was sticky from a spill

The breakfast was horrible. It was very noisy the people above were very loud and there was people making lots of noise in the hallway till almost 2 am

Bed. Bed was so soft and extremely uncomfortable. We were unable to get much sleep. We would not recommend the hotel to anyone due to the poor condition of the bed.

Expensive but a decent stay

Easy access to highway and town.

We arrived too early to check in, but the lady behind the counter was not friendly or gracious about it. The windows were super thin and allowed in a lot of noise. The grout/tile was dirty. I had no hand soap. The coffee service had not been replenished when I got into my room. All the noises from the hallway reverberated into the room.

Very old hotel that needs a lot of updating

Not much. Only that it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping

A lot. It’s very old and needs a lot of updating. The whole hotel had an odor of dampness. The beds were very uncomfortable and old. A lot of the bedding was old and ripped (the mattress cover too). The couch in my king suite was old and not comfortable . My air conditioning didn’t work well and my whole suite smelled and felt damp. The carpet in the halls is lifting up and a tripping hazard.

It was overall an enjoyable visit.

The breakfast was fine, and the coffee is one of the best tasting coffee I have had. The beds and shower were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect.

All the carpet had a ripple down the middle of the hallway on the 3rd and 1st floor. I was constantly tripping over it. The way my door closed in my hotel room really made me feel unsafe. The elevator was slow and at time seemed unstable.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants and stores. We didn’t eat the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

There was a smell in the room when we got there, we sprayed and it got a little better but was still there. The bathroom was a bit dated and the water in the shower did not drain well.

The facility was ideal for location.

The toilet was dripping. I was in a King suite. That used to mean a step up. It was an average room with average accommodations. It was a 59.99 room for 170.00.
