The building is very nice and the room very comfortable. A nice stay!

The room was very clean. The entire place was very clean. The check-in and out was fast and easy.

The only thing was not really a problem with the facility, the traffic along the main road was terrible and made entering and exiting very difficult. Hopefully, a traffic light could be installed in the future.

Overcharged by hotel.

The property was new and the facilities were clean. The issue is that I was overcharged.

I was overcharged by the property. I have never had this happen before. I had to submit copies of my original booking and charges to booking.com. They contacted the property but said that they refused to issue a refund. Booking.com had to issue me a travel credit. I appreciate Booking.com but I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

If you are looking for a plain, no thrill hotel this will be it.the rooms are very basic

The cold water on the faucet on the sink had a very low flow and the remote for the tv, even after changing the batteries, didn’t work well at all. Breakfast ended at 9:00

Facility looked relatively new, so everything was in good working order.

The .bathroom was missing a floor mat for the shower. The operation of the shower spray was unfamiliar to me, I got sprayed in face and water on the floor before I could figure out how it worked. A little annoyance.

The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant, other than the heating issue, it was wonderful.

The breakfast was very good, it was great to have almond milk on the buffet. The oatmeal was delicious. It was very clean in the food area and the staff person there was very competent.

The heating/ac unit didn't function correctly. It was 88 degrees Fahrenheit outside and the heat was on in the room!

I loved the modern interior of the lobby. The first hotel we’ve stayed at where being in the lobby is not only encouraged but enjoyable. The amenities were all very enjoyable for our entire family.

The parking lot was a tad on the small side, we ended up having to park in the back of the hotel and walking in a side door a couple nights. We also didn’t love all the construction going on in front of the building.

Everything about the room was great, although I missed having a coffee maker in my room. I like to drink coffee as I'm getting ready.

The noise level cancelled out the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities.

While the facilities were modern and clean, the walls are very thin. We could hear the conversations and TV from the neighboring room as well as every door opening/ closing and conversations in the hallway. There is a tiny refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Overall, the facilities were not conducive for a good night’s rest. In the future we will not book again at a Tru By Hilton. For the price we expected better.

Wouldn't go anywhere else

Everything was actually perfect and I judge pretty hard on hotels. Having a cleaning company and high attention to detail I love to try and find what's dirty in those rooms and let me tell you , I found nothing.... it was amazing. The bed and pillows were great as well.

Forced me to use card to pay not allowing cash payment as I wanted.

We had unruly neighbors in the next room, we called the front desk multiple times without any help. Someone finally answered the phone and they called the problem room. And the noise persists we had no sleep
