I would never stay here again and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Occupants in a neighboring room (I believe directly above me) argued loudly and with vile language (I am not easily offended). I almost called the police because I thought it might have ended in violence. I maybe slept on and off 2 hours the entire night. I did not feel safe

The location is good easy to commute and for the most part staff is nice could get housekeeping every day if I wanted to

There is no actual breakfast and they have a sign that says 2$ a person for take and go if it's is available and the laundry is quarter only and very expensive 6$ a wash for a small machine they r renovating many rooms

A good base for a visit to Hocking Hills

We used this hotel as a base for a last-minute decision to visit the beautiful Hocking Hills area of Ohio as there were no hotels closer at a reasonable price. The room and the bed was clean and comfortable, and we would consider staying here again whenever we come back to the area.

It would have been nice if a breakfast option was offered, but we managed to find other places to deal with that.

Shower handle on the top was not in good condition for water was running with force due to the loose connection. Need to update sound proof inside room because I could hear next room person voices

BED BUGS

First off they have bed bugs!!!! Secondly the accommodations that's stated and photographed on their website are crap. They don't have a restaurant they don't have a lounge or bar not even the pool table! You have to pay $2 for a frozen breakfast sandwich. The room smelled horrible, the toilet sounded like a tornado siren after flushing. The staff was very rude. They won't reply back to booking about the refund!! I asked for a printed invoice she wouldn't give me one!!! Was there for work, got no sleep and had to leave early due to the bed bug issue!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!! ROOM 208 I WAS ASSIGNED I can't download the photos!! Umm wonder why that is days inn?!?! Is that broken too

As everyone else has noted, breakfast is not included, despite the listing declaring that it is. Someone has to fix the listing. That was really my main reason for choosing this place. That expectation was not met.

I like the convenience of the location. It is quiet and provides a good place to sleep. Will return.

The location was convenient. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Water pressie in the shower was good with HOT water. I had a problem with my key and staff were very quick to take care of it for me.

I did not know that there wasn't an elevator. While I don't have a problem taking the stairs, it was a little bit of a struggle to lug my things upstairs. I wish there were more food choices nearby. The Waffle house next door is closed to dine in eating. I really liked the convenience of going over there. I did smell pot outside while I was walking in and out.

Wonderful little secret hotel.

The room was very comfortable although honestly dirty. Has on white socks that after 15 minutes in the room I had to throw away and just wear my slip on shoes. The staff at the front desk no matter what time, were amazing. Friendly knowledgeable and just made our stay complete.

The carpet in the room needed vacuumed very badly. Found a crack pipe and other paraphernalia in drawer beside the bed. Light didn't work on the other side of the bed. But... I'd still stay again.

Hotel staff friendly. Pool looked nice though we got in too late to enjoy it.

I didn’t how our room smell like smoke and you could hear what people were saying from next room. We could hear noise from outside and the room stick. We had asked for a non-smoking room and they gave us the that smelled nice smoke we had hard time sleeping bc of that smell. The bathrooms shower curtains wouldn’t close properly.

Looks like the lobby was renovated. He looked nice. Pool is nice as well. It seemed clean. Overall it was a good stay.

The toilet seat in room #221 needs to be replaced. It was damaged. Booking a room it states that breakfast is included. There is no breakfast included. That really why I booked this hotel. Also they advise a restaurant on site. It’s not even open.
