Disappointed with the area

Staff was great. Was clean

Was woke up 2 of my nights with loud talking outside my door. 2nd night a large guy was sitting on too of my car hood. I set off the alarm to get him to move this was 3am. They continued to talk loud till 430. I did not sleep.thar night. Was not worth confronting 3 large guys with a potential bad out come.

This facility was in a great location for what we needed. I was able to have a ground level floor as I can not climb steps. The breakfast that was offered was nice quality food.

The facility was very run down and dirty, there was a very strong smoke smell in the room. The carpeted floors were so dirty there were actually sticky you could not walk barefoot. The sink was cracked, the microwave was yellow with age and dirty, there were phones in the rooms that had no dial tone and the cords would not connect to the receiver. My daughter had to bring our wagon into the room so that my grandson had a place to play. We requested double rooms and received single rooms.

Some small repairs should be made, i.e. unstick the door, repair the ceiling where it was evident there was a water leak. Just pulls down the overall aesthetics of the property.

I liked the location was right by the highway so easy access. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was money saving and good.

The facilities seem a bit dated. The property could use a update. Also the bed covers had multiple cigarette burns even though I was in a non smoking room.

Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Convenient location. Liked having a glass door for the shower.

Room was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights and told front office about it every day. Breakfast was very meager and we had to request more food to be put out every morning. Only hot food was waffles. Juice machine was broken. Lighting above sink was not very bright.

I love the front desk lady miss Tracy. She’s an awesome lady. Reminds me of my mother. Every time I go there she’s so sweet and has the best stories. I love her.

Did not stay. Found another hotel/ motel.

The place was a nightmare. They did not actually reserve our room I think after initally holding the payment. I had ordered two queens. The room we were sent to in back of the building where there was no parking and a trash pile in the corner of the lot, and by the room we were sent to a stack of broken air conditioning units under the window. It had one full bed and looked dirty. My daughter took pics and we approached the manager and stated plan to send you all the photos to get our money for the night back as there was not even room to sleep. We had gotten in at 2 am. He did not run the room so we left. Could not stay there. Too bad. Just a heads up . Place has issues.

Nothing. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Absolutely filthy. Sheets had black stains and holes all in them. Black hair in shower and fridge. No iron in the room… board but no iron. One towel in the whole room. Nasty nasty nasty. Trash piled up by every trash can. Stains all over the steps to get to second floor.

I rested and with chairs and my luggage behind the door

I made it through the night. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant.

The guests were noisy. First room was one where guest had smoked I was moved to another room 107 which was better. Chairs were stained and dirty. Lamp shades were dirty and not secured. The desk/table was broken. The fitted sheets had holds.

Find Somewhere Else

I liked the price cause I just needed a place to rest after driving 14 hours and before driving another 12 the next morning.

The sheets and blankets were stained and had holes in them. The entire room was pretty gross but the bathroom especially was very dirty. The beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows were super hard. Not worth the money or stay. I just won’t be back again.

The man at the front desk when checking in late was amazing. He was very nice and accommodating.

The secret $50 deposit that nobody told me about. And the fact that I now have to wait five to seven days to get it back. The room had an extra space heater in it for no reason the air was on and the heat was on there was people walking everywhere doing obvious criminal activity and no one in sight to stop them. The hot water was non-existent. The TV was a joke looked real good was real big but that was it hardly any volume and barely any picture. For the $82 I spent on this room, and let's not forget the secret $50 deposit. I could have went somewhere else and been way more comfortable.

We did not have towels of any kind when we checked in. When we went to the front they gave us 2 regular towels but that was all they had. The next morning had to go ask for more and finally received a couple towels and hand towels. Otherwise no issues
