The foot traffic from the room above could be heard more so than most other hotels that we have stayed at.

The whole stay wasn’t terrible. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfy. I’d stay again if I was in the area.

The indoor pool is super small…and there was a cheer competition group staying there so it was super crowded.

Loved that the rooms were spacious!

The pool looked yellowish green and my friends who also stayed there warned us not to get in because the pool water made their skin burn. Also there weren’t any wash clothes in our rooms.

Don’t do it. Spend a little bit more and enjoy your stay somewhere else

Stains on the carpet, sink in bathroom was clogged, lamp without bulb and staff stated owner wouldn’t buy bulbs, no wash cloths but they use hand towels, you can hear every step when the group above you moved and to top it off we found a baby roach walking around in the bathroom the morning we were leaving. Lastly, it was odd to see cars in the parking lot engines running in the middle of the night.

Easy to check in, and park. I asked for a room near the elevator, and it was very convenient as I am getting on up there, and my sister helps me so much when we travel. So convenience to the ice machine was very nice for her! The room was extra special. It was very quiet, the tv was huge, beds very comfy and so much extra space! We will be traveling back in a week or so, and I will choose Comfort inn and Suites as we make our way home!

A delightful surprise!

Bright airy and smelled really good upon entering the lobby. Huge rooms! Bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. Modern big screen tv. I was very impressed with this facility and was not expecting it to be like this.

The property was at a good location. The main areas were clean and smelled good. The breakfast was really good and nice variety to choose from. The bed was very comfortable ! The staff were also very friendly despite having staffing shortages.

The bathrooms could use some upgrades. The cards to get into the room were terrible. We had to get our cards reactivated multiple times.

Staff were nice.

No Toliet paper or kleenex in room. Husband went down to desk to ask for some. Night clerk didn't have access to anything. Really? He didn't have keys or anything. How does a place of business leave 1 staff member in charge and he doesn't have access to basic supplies????!!!

Great hotel in a great location

The location is great. Many choices for dining or fast food. Very close to the hospital (which is why I was staying there). I saved $200 on a three night stay over the other properties in the same area. The room was huge, and the bed and bedding was the most comfortable I think I've slept in at a hotel (and I've stayed in plenty). Free breakfast was good with plenty of choices and great coffee.

The minute you step through the door a strong perfume smell assaults you. The smell is also very strong in the hallways. It's not an unpleasant smell, and I couldn't smell it in my room, but it definitely caused my allergies to flare up as I'm allergic to most strong scents.

Wonderful Hotel Outside the City

I loved how big the room was and how clean it was. Housekeeping was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good too!! This hotel was not far from downtown Columbus and had a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The air conditioning units in the room were kinda loud. This was the only issue that I had.
