We usually enjoy staying here. It’s our 4th time!

It’s very clean and nice.

We pick a reservation that had breakfast included. The property employees said we didn’t get free breakfast. We checked twice. That was disappointing.

The hotel was big, the lobby was clean but chaotic. Staff was nice and polite.

They did not honor my reservation. They stayed that they could not accommodate my reservation. Offered a room that would not fit my entire family. Was unwilling to offer any further accommodations like discounts on adjoining rooms to accommodate my family size.

Extra fridge and microwave to be put in the room on request. (stay for 12 days)

The light in the rooms is not sufficient, for example for a proper use of the mirror in the room would be an extra lamp necessary. Contrary to the bath room, where the light from above is blending and the mirror is too far away for doing the make up properly, an extra small cosmetic mirror would be a pleasure.

Tub didn’t drain well at all. Mechanism to send water from tub faucet to shower was broken and only sent about half of the water to the shower and rest continued to come out tub faucet. It appeared the room door had been attempted to be forced open and the swing bar door latch on door was damaged and there was tape over the area where it attached to the door with screws. Obviously we didn’t rely on this! The door was heavy and had a good deadbolt. All this reflected maintenance issues

Won’t stay here again! Worse hotel ever stayed at!

Breakfast you had to pay for. We stayed for two nights and 350 dollars you’d think it would have been free. Never again! I was embarrassed that all the family from over seas had to pay for breakfast ridiculously! The bed was the only nice thing family were told of the rates for a night but then charged 50 dollars more, awful!

Expensive for just a bed! No microwave or refrigerator in rooms, you have to pay for breakfast and coffee, we had a very large group for a wedding party, my daughter was the bride, we will never stay at this hotel again. We booked the room fir two nights but only stayed one so we can get the wedding party in early morning for makeup and hair.can’t believe you have to ask for a refrigerator. Not to mention you have to pay extra for breakfast. We asked for a discount since we had a big wedding party family stay the night and was told you don’t We should have stayed at our original plan the Hampton s, only stayed at this one as we thought it was closer to the venue. We will make sure friends know. No microwave and refrigerator! What’s wrong with that?

Very dirty and old. I had to change rooms 3 times before I found a decent one that was tolerably clean although not hotel clean. The sheets had stains on them and the comforters. The sheets didn’t fit the beds. The area around the pool had a leak in it.

Horrible Horrible Horrible internet connection. I have been using this facility for few years now. Almost, always have to go to another location for my virtual meetings! They should really address this if they want to have repetitive business travelers.
