    We had a very good stay at the DoubleTree Naperville as a family of four. This was not our first time staying here, and we’ve always liked the hotel. There is some renovation work going on, but it didn’t really impact our stay. The staff were great, especially the front desk. We had a small issue with the sofa sleeper mattress when we arrived, but it was sorted out quickly and without any fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the team for taking good care of us.

    Rooms are pretty large. Bathrooms tiny. Staff keep taking all the cups and not replacing with clean ones. No fridge, or safe. Guess better read description carefully

    The entire hotel is in disarray. It’s a great location and we’ve enjoyed staying there in the past, but it was hard to ignore construction going on at every turn. The entire floor we stayed on (6th floor) had a moldy smell to it, inside the room there was a ton of dust.
