Hyatt Regency Lisle near Naperville

Great stay. We are very pleased with the room. Clean great lobby area. Only thing negative is the noise from the interstate is noticeable. Over all some place we would use again for sure.

The room was so cold my neck got stiff. Woke up at 3am to call front desk. We were given another cold room. The third room was much more comfortable temperature wise. There were no usb ports. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place.

It was nicer than expected.

Everything was great!! Will stay again!

Staff was very friendly and was conveniently located near the Morton Arboretum

did not eat there. staff friendly. room clean. pool great. 2 of 3 treadmills not working at all. was facing away from I88 but somehow was so noisy all night. i usually stay in a room facing I88 and have not had issues with outside noise. no room service. i do not like that at all.

There was no hot water in the room for a shower or to even wash my hands. The ice machine was broken on numerous floors but the staff was super friendly!

Bathroom had pee on the floor, also if you plan on changing the temperature in your room don’t bother. It doesn’t change it’s universal for the entire hotel, my room was 81 degrees. When we asked for someone to check the thermostat they said they’d send someone up, after waiting for 2 hours asked again and that’s when they told us the temperature is universal for the entire hotel.

Cleanliness in the common areas and elevators was poor. The common areas and the rooms are overdue for a finish upgrade.

Musty. Not really clean. Carpet not vacuumed. Mirror dirty. Floor in front of toilet not clean. Pillows at the end of useful life. I will not stay there again!

Dirty, no USB ports on any lamp or radio in the rooms. Lobby is nice but the rooms are old.

The shower didn't drain. No coffee out after 10 am. TV had bad reception.

The jacuzzi did not work. The thermostat in the room consistently changed without me touching it. The vent in the bathroom above the shower had black mold.

We have stayed at the Hyatt in Lisle every year. It's a good location, clean, friendly staff, nice lounge in the lobby area There is morning coffee by the front desk. Good restaurants nearby in Lisle, Naperville and Downers Grove. Since Covid you do have to request house keeping to come in. All in all an excellent hotel.

We only stayed over one evening, but the only thing positive about the stay was the staff, they were so incredibly friendly and helpful! However, the room left much to be desired. My husband found a fake nail lying next to our couch, one of the automons had a big, white splatter that looked too much like a certain bodily fluid, and the shower just did not make me feel confident in it's cleanliness.

Great room. And Great service! One of our favorite hotels to visit. Always clean and friendly.

Overall great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Only complaint is had no hot water in the shower. Staff tried to makenit right.

Our room was hot, in the 80s all week. It was very uncomfortable. We reported it and was told they would have a tech check it out. At one point it was 84 degrees.

Clean room, nice lobby, great breakfast. Unfortunately our king bed was a little soft and saggy. Not enough outlets in the room. The outlets on the nightstand lamps were too loose to hold a plug. The A/C went out on the morning of checkout. Fixing these things, I would stay again.

Staff were extremely nice . Rooms were clean and a lot of attention to cleanliness was apparent.

No towels replaced or room cleaned during our 4 day 3 night stay.

Horrible breakfast at high price. Front desk staff threatened to kick me out of the hotel for asking if they could get more bartenders than the one that was there servicing more than 100 people at the bar. Asked for a manager, he told me there would not be any on duty until Monday. Have never been treated so rudely.

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed at many different hotels ranging from medium to upper range. Hotels. I must say this is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel where we’ve given a negative or bad review and the review stamps primarily due to the cleanliness of the hotel lobby as well as the various floors throughout the building I personally visit several floors and I couldn’t believe the condition of the lobbies and the hallways and I brought this attention to the hotel staff mainly the front desk they did attempt to address the situation after three days being in a hotel I noticed none of the floors had been vacuumed and I pointed that out to the hotel staff at the front desk in this I found to be highly unusual for a high Regency Hotel for I know your standards are far above that as far as the hotel staff and the front desk, they were pleasant but the cleanliness of the Hotels floors, as well as the elevator, the elevator floors and the walls of the elevators were were terrible again I don’t like to write negative stuff, but I couldn’t let this go by without someone paying attention Steve Bradley thank you
