WoodSpring Suites Downers Grove - Chicago

It’s a new spot and it’s clean and they are very friendly there!

That they never have enough rooms to rent for weeks at a time all the facilities are always booked in my area they should give people options to stay months I’m in between homes and would like to stay there until I find a permanent home!

The location was excellent. The room was clean and nice and met all the expectations we had. Great facility. My reservation from booking.com stated that there was no parking! There was plenty of convenient parking.

It would have been nice to have a few utensils since there is a kitchen. I would have loved a coffeemaker and coffee in the room, however it's a short ride to McDonald's.

Extremely pleasant staff... they are most courteous and friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean... as if it is brand new. Rooms are well maintained and equipped with amenities such as large flat screen TV, full size refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, very large microwave. Room also has it's own thermostat which makes controlling heating/cooling easy and comfortable. And the room rate/price is a great value. Thank you to all the staff who made our week-long stay a pleasant one.

No maid service. Although, for a small fee ($3), you can exchange used towels or bed linen at front desk, or you can utilize their guest laundromat ($3 washer $3 dryer). Laundromat is also extremely neat and clean... same as all other areas of this hotel.

Nothing , horrible

Room was dirty had a bad smell they only provided us witn two very thin over used pillows , I had a whole kitchen they provided no cooking utensils no cups nothing I was told I should of brought those items from my house . Excuse me , I asked for Xtra pillow was told that's all we get also she does not have a key to the supply room the blanket had to be a curtain but you guessed it they could not supply us with any other blanket, other than the sheet and the think curtain used as a blanket , I will never ever ever come back here you need to close good hotel down to have paid as much as I paid this HOTEL is a disgrace you should change the name other Woodspring chains are so much better ans clean accommodating with kitchen utensils

Staff were so helpful and friendly. It was so clean and well kept.

Shame it didn’t have a outside communal area.

It was very clean and the gentleman that helped me was very nice

Didn’t think just having coffee for breakfast was great would’ve like to have a little more variety

The lady at the front desk definitely did not want to be there. Messed up on the rooms I had booked. I had to go back onto booking.com to book another room when we got there because there was a mix up on the type of room one of the 3 rooms I booked was and she would not just book another room herself, said I had to go through booking.com. So I did while standing at the front desk, then she said I didn’t do it and I showed her the confirmation and she finally found it. The front desk is only open certain hours of the day and the coffee/breakfast is not open until 9:00 (when the front desk opens)and when the pot of coffee runs out, they don’t make more.

The room itself was comfortable.

The staff is absolutely the rudest people I've ever met. The entire hotel smells like weed, the outside sidewalks and grass are all covered in dog poop and garbage, if you complain about anything they tell you what do you want me to do about it if you don't like it then leave. They called and harassed my wife several times tried to put us in a room with a strong human and pet urine smell, the floors were sticky and we have been asking the gm to contact us for a week with no response. We left way before our checkout because it was unsafe, and my 2 year old and 11 year old disabled son don't deserve to be in that environment. Nether does my wife.

Find a Hotel instead of a extended Stay Didn't see that when we book.

I liked the fact that we left.

The stay, the unprofessional attendance & the utmost disrespectful regard to not only my but my family!

i would rate like 5 star hotel evrything were clean i saved their address come back againg when am around nice welcome the old black man in front at night shift is very amazing person and also nice parking lot
