The dining and lobby were pleasant. The room's layout is enjoyable. The staff was delightful and helpful.
Chairs and ottoman had stains; the curtain was unhooked and needed pulls; the old shower head was ugly and barely functional; and there was no light in the entry to the room. Pool in need of much repair: whirlpool permanently closed. The automatic scent dispensers (everywhere) were very unpleasant.

Staff was excellent when having to check out later. We had a personal issue (not related to the hotel) that was at a later time than expected and we were able to check out at a later time. Kudos to you all for that.
Hot water. We were on the 11th floor and I suspected that it would take a minute to get hot but it just got lukewarm.

Lack of cleanliness, elevator was flicking. Price wasn’t worth it with how dirty the room was. Tv was small for the room, toilet was super low to the ground.

We got a superb suite-style luxurious room for the price we paid, with great views of the neighborhood from our floor! And the breakfast was awesome. Being vegetarians, we really appreciated the hot oatmeal and fried potatoes. Friendly concierge and staff too. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating with requests. When an incident occurred at the hotel they were apologetic and responsive.
The room was advertised as "Double Bed" room. For someone who is not a frequent traveler, that sounds like a room with two beds. The room had one double bed and very uncomfortable pull-out couch.
The pool is nice... in pictures. In reality the hot tub was out of order and dirty. The pool area was dingy dirty and not worth the visit.
In the morning, we were checking out and went down to look for a luggage cart and did not find one. When we got back up to our room there was a small toddler sitting on the floor outside of our door crying. Guests in the hallway advised that the child had come from the room across the hall from us. I knocked on that door a few times and an older male answered the door half asleep. The man was naked from the waist down. I had three 11-year-old girls with me who were standing in the hall. The man ushered the child back into the room with no attempt to cover up or explanation. It was alarming and a terrible way to end a birthday sleepover for my daughter. We chose the Hyatt to avoid people of this caliber. It was disturbing and offensive. The staff was attentive, and I believe handled the problem, we did not wait around to find out. We will not stay here again. I had to go home and explain to the other girls' mothers that they were exposed to male nudity in the hotel hallway.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The room was nice and comfortable for me, my husband, and my daughter. There was a nice sitting area with a desk that was a good extra space. The beds were comfortable, and a big window gave plenty of light. I like that we had a closet and everything we needed for the stay. The parking area was very good. The location was great as well. It was easy to get to from the airport, and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
One of the best parts was the breakfast. It was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and constantly cleaning and making sure the food was fresh and stations filled up. The choices were good too, hot foods like eggs, bacon and sausages. Also pancakes or waffles, fresh fruits, breads, coffee and cereals.
The bathroom was small and outdated. The water pressure was very high and it was hard adjusting the shower head to get a comfortable setting. Also, no one came around for room service. At least it would have been nice for them to come around and make the bed and tidy up a little. We had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper.
The first night we were there, there was a group of guys staying next door. We had one of those connecting rooms. They were having a party in their room, and it was loud. We could hear everything.

Very nice, clean, comfortable & quiet. Although check in was easy the lady wasn't seeming to like her job. Thought her attire was too relaxed. Enjoyed the gentleman who greeted us & was offering to help getting our things to our room. He was very much enjoying his job. His humor made us feel very comfortable. The pool was nice...especially since we had it to ourselves. But the hot tub wasn't working.

Loved the vibes Kim at the front desk was super helpful and Loved her vibe. Same with the shuttle guy (didn't get his name). Also the smell of the hotel when you walk in is amazing!

There was a hour wait to get checked in, the pool was closed due to a group from the previous day messing it up. Our bathroom smelled like mold! We ended or stay the same day.

The location was perfect for our family events.
While 2 of the 3 elevators stopped working during the weekend we were there, that's not the fault of the hotel, however only 2 working ice machines in 14 floors is unacceptable. In addition I saw the same confetti on the hallway floor for 3 days. Clearly it was not vacuumed during my stay. My room smelled musty and the light switch when you walked in, did not work. Additionally, they charge you in advance for the hotel breakfast (without advance disclosure) and when I questioned that, the person at the desk confessed that they didn't think that was fair. It's supposed to be credited back to my account but I sense i have to fight for it...

The young man that checked me in and bartender were great! The facility is dated but comfortable.
When I checked in, the young man that did so advised it wouldn’t be a problem to extend another night. The next morning the lady attendant made it an absolute hassle to do so. She should not be customer facing. So I booked a different hotel. Because of her, I will never stay at this location again.

They did not have our choice of rooms which ruined the point of our romantic stay (offering only 2 double beds instead of one king). They seemed to not care and the manager failed to contact me to discuss. The hotel rooms/hallways feel dated and dirty. A full refresh is needed.

My room hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down… there was bottle caps by the bed and bathroom vanity, water rings from cups that were there when I walked in the room. I stayed on a non smoking floor and my entire room and the couch especially smelled of cigarettes. Peep hole in the door was about to fall out. Black hair in the bathroom and some of the lights didn’t work.

Located super close to where we needed to be
The shower was extremely hard in pressure, and the tub was slanted caused the water to leak in the floor. The elevators (only 3) for 13 floors for a super busy hotel. You have to leave even earlier so you can account for the 5 plus minute wait for the elevator. No vending machines for drinks, have to go to the front desk where they’ll charge water to your room and not allow you to pay for it then. Their reasoning for no vending machines is they got broken into too much….. the electrical outlet situation in the room was non existent as well. In order to plug the iron in, we either had to move furniture and unplug something or be ironing in the bathroom while someone else was getting ready which cause for some tight quarters. I was only there for one night, and it served its purpose, not somewhere I’d stay longer or again.

Room was not ready by 6 PM. Had to switch room three times. Wasn’t able to get into a room until we got back from an event at midnight. Beds were too small for two people. Did not realize that the couch had a pull out bed in it. They were noisy neighbors all night, long slamming doors and yelling.
