Worst hotel stay ever

Nothing this place is a dump

I had to switch rooms 3 times, I paid for a disability access room with 2 beds was told they didn't have any disability access rooms available once I was in a easier to access room than what I was first placed in the second room had no heat, the final room was filthy the shower was cracked and un usable the TV only got 3 channels, there was no lighting in the room! If it hadn't have been so late on a holiday I would've asked for a refund and went to anywhere else

I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.

All the doors looked as if they had all been knocked down by the police more than once. Very sketchy, didn't feel that safe. First room smelled like weed and mildew, was very dirty, toilet leaked. Had to be moved upstairs to a room that was just as dirty, but didn't smell like weed andmildew. Toilet did not leak. No blanket, was told that we can go to the office to get a sheet if we wanted to. However, the only light in the bathroom was in the shower, and after a few seconds of being on, it turns into a strobe light. Great if you are looking for a rave type atmosphere, but not so much if you have a seizure disorder. Unless you're into that type of thing.

Toilet was nasty shower was too water pressure was little to none no hot water barely lighting in bathroom or room for that matter. Floor was not clean my socks are black. Bed was hard. Woke up with bites. Tv didn’t work. All Amenities were nonexistent. Room was covered in dust.

It was so bad that I left after the1st night stay and found another hotel. I paid for 2 nights.

The staff was very nice.

Lots of upgrades needed. The commode lids in both rooms that I rented were the in the worse condition that I've ever seen in my 45 plus years on travel. Someone from your hotel cooperate really needs to do a surprise visit. Be ready to faint when you check out rooms 125 and 128. There were roaches in 128. Pictures want show what you need to see in person. I was under the assumption that this location would be in similar condition as the one in my hometown.

Completely disgusted period

Nothing. It’s a total dump. DO NOT STAY HERE. I can’t believe I didn’t bring home bed bugs. It was disgusting.

Dirty. Holes in the walls everywhere. Missing floor tile. 20 year old mattress that was garbage. Smell was atrocious. There was no other rooms in town available at the time or I would have left immediately.

Trash everywhere , no towels.then my kid flips covers bed finds crack pipe, rooms dirty hair sinks and wired smell in one of our rooms. Smell dope late at night we did not stay . I demand refund and left. More people life there then just staying. Plus rooms we're sup be joint/ side side had split us completely apart one end to other. Absolutely shit hole needs be shut down very unprofessional.

We ended up not staying when we arrived. After checking, our room was not ready. We drove 11 hours. Then, he asked to come back later. We did go get something to eat. Came back, and our room still wasn't ready, we were tired, and I just wanted to ho lay down. They asked if we would like 1 bed. I paid for 2 beds we had our grandson with us. I canceled, and we went to Super 8.
