We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were huge! We stayed in two types: the one bedroom king and the two queen bed suite. We had so much space. The bathrooms were super nice!

Good less parking situation.

New and clean

Parking far away as their garage was not available. I had to walk a good quarter mile distance in the freezing cold to park the car. And transport some luggage to the facility. Management offered to reimburse the $5 fee the foreign garage charged. A substantial discount would have been appropriate but not offered.

Not the best experience and wouldn’t stay at this place again.

Sprinkler dripping in my room. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem concerned, next morning I was awoken by the staff saying I needed to move rooms.

Fire alarms going off at 4:30 am and going off for 30-45 minutes

Stayed one night would stay again

-Location was downtown. Could have walked to a couple of restaurants. -Staff was friendly -new hotel everything looked clean -had a family room for my large family

-could use better signage. Had to enter the side of the building was unclear from road.

Comfortable but boring without a tv to watch

It was comfortable, very very clean, super nice staff.

The issue I had is the TV did not work in our room and we had two kids that wanted to watch tv. Also the microwave shorted out and tripped the breaker every plug I moved it to within reach. I complained to the front seat and she informed me that several rooms had trouble with electricity and that an additional several rooms had issues with microwaves. But since I booked with booking.com I would need to take my complaint to booking.com to get a credit back for the issues with the room.

We loved our stay and will try and book here again every year we come down. Haven’t had a more friendly hotel staff ever

Can’t say too much, as the place is brand new. Everything worked as it should for us. Staff was exceptional!

There is no elevator in the parking garage, yet. But again, it just opened and you can see where the elevator is going to be. It just isn’t there yet.
