Amazing, they let 18 year old me stay there for a concert with my friend and we’re really nice about it.

Over-all a great value.

Located right off the interstate and convenient to everything we needed. It’s a great value for the money. They have a well stocked hot breakfast beds are comfortable and towels are nice. This is my go to place in Owensboro

We always stay here when in Owensboro!🙂

The staff is always friendly and helpful! We were passing by to our destination and it was too early for actual check-in. I asked if I could go ahead and get the keys that we would return to the hotel kind of late. They gave me the keys with no problem. Breakfast is always good with lots of options for food and drink. Our room was clean spacious and had a microwave and small fridge.

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows are small.

Convenient location, but will not return.

Breakfast was good. Standard buffet offered at most budget hotels.

I was charged a $30 "Early Check-in fee." I have stayed at this location for 8 years while visiting Owensboro for Thanksgiving. Never have I been charged this fee. The occupancy was approximately 25-30%. There were maybe 20-25 cars in the lot. I had pre-paid in full. Fee was not necessary. I will not return to this location.

The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. TV was larger than most places. A little off the beaten path but close enough to be convenient. Would stay here again.

Excellent booking and price experience.

We were attending a Women’s conference just down the road from this hotel. It made it very convenient to be this close to our venue! While it is a little dated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was great! The only thing missing was fruit.

Bed’s were a little too high. My roommate couldn’t get in the bed because of the height(she is only 5 foot tall).

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like. As soon as we walked in to check in, the lobby smelled amazing! Everything was clean and shiny. The front desk guy was extremely nice! Our room smelled even better! The beds were very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was awesome for a hotel! Many options to choose from.

We couldn’t figure the shower out at first (I know crazy right) but it turns out the hot was the cold and the cold was the hot. Which wasn’t a big deal after we figured it out. There wasn’t a ton of water pressure but enough to take a shower. The air conditioner made a squeaky noise for about 5 minutes after it kicked on but it worked just fine.

For being a very busy hotel near the airport in a high traffic location, it was an absolute wonderful stay. The building

The only issue we had was that the pool was not open, but this was due to a recent hail storm that caused severe damage. It just happened that we came when repairs were being made. The pool was opened back up not long after our stay.

Overall, the hotel was clean. Front desk was nice. I slept well. The temperature of the room was good all night.

It was very late when we got there so didn’t check it as we should but the floor felt grimy the commode was running didn’t flush well.. we got up the next morning and I see a small blood stain on one of my pillows.. the shampoo conditioner and body soap was opened and used… and around 6:00 we get woke up to cops beating down our neighbors door

Pool was closed, but no mention of that on booking.com, Facebook, or their website. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. Black mold in the bathroom and middle wall by the dresser. Bathroom sink didn't drain.

My trip was work related, but I would gladly revisit with family if in the area

The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is convenient and comfortable even preparing breakfast earlier than normal to make sure the hard-working men and women that stay there get fed to me as a class act. They truly care about their guests and their needs. Don’t let the fool you they could definitely charge more.

The exterior of the building is not aesthetically pleasing because of the hail storm damage to the property but I was told it’s a work in progress with new ownership and it will be taken care of.

Highly recommend

I'm always apprehensive about staying in a hotel in this price range. Because some places I've stayed have been pretty bad. I was very pleased with my stay here. The room exceeded my expectations for cleanliness. It looked newly renovated. The beds were larger than expected and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Room was clean, facilities was well kept.

The only thing was when we pulled up all the air conditioning units on the outside had broken casings. We thought “oh no”. But everything was clean and well taken care of.

Staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Carpet was wet in suite and had to be moved. Exterior was very worn and showed signs of considerable neglect including around all of the air intakes. Even 2nd ground floor room had dampish carpet. Lots of paint chips, discolored grout etc in rooms.

It was clean, the beds were very nice, and they serve breakfast with protein. Very nice place to stay and it was affordable also. Also, close to the Botanical garden!

Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but was restocked in a timely manner. The facility/room seemed clean although our room had a somewhat unpleasant smell. They DID accommodate our request for early check-in (1:00 as opposed to normal 4:00 - which seemed unusually late)

This hotel could use some serious upgrading/maintenance. The bathroom in our room needed quite a bit of attention. There was no drain plug in the sink. 3 tiles had been replaced in the floor that didn’t match the others and one of these was broken! Most of the grout in the floor was coming loose and needed to be replaced. The toilet ROCKED and was VERY low. There was also low water pressure in the shower.

It had a bad odor in bathroom, smelled like vomit. Beds were hard, shower really didn’t work and the traffic up and down the hallway.
