Our stay was very restful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and every time we go to Owensboro we will choose this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent location and the facilities were very pleasant and clean. The housekeepers had the room in perfect condition.

It wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about it, but we did have some minor issues, but they didn’t take away our pleasant stay

Would return…great location!

It was in a great location, around anything you would need. Front desk staff was friendly. We were to get our room a bit earlier, which was great.

Our room had a musty smell when you walked in which was odd. We went down for complementary breakfast an hour before it was over and there was no hot items left, the staff were huddled up talking in the associate area door open. When more food was brought out it was ok. Just think they should’ve been paying more attention to what was needed.

The cleanliness of the entire place. The breakfast. The location. The staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved it.

Booking.com said it was 589 for my stay and when I went to check out they charged me 609 which I wasn't prepared for. Yes it's a small difference but if I save for one price don't boost it up without telling me.

Should’ve stayed somewhere else.

The location in Owensboro is perfect.

Everything is under construction, the parking lot is small, we got really bad rains that turned to snow the morning we were suppose to leave. We were woken up to fire alarms and being evacuated due to mechanical room issues on our last morning. The window in our room must’ve leaked because the carpet was absolutely soaked upon waking the last morning during evacuating. This was our valentines stay, first overnight trip we’ve taken in years! When I called the front desk to communicate our displeasure, we were met with “ I can’t do anything about this but I’ll tell my manager” We’ve never received a call back from management either and that was four days ago. Poor customer service.

Room had a weird smell, Air conditioning was working properly had thermostat down and room probably didn't get below 78 or so, woke up sweating.

location (between mammoth cave and saint louis) and the reception lady was nice.

the room was very noisy. outside our window there was a machine making noise all night long. Breakfast is not worth mentioning, go next door to Dennys. pool is inside with no access to a sun deck and a little too cold to enjoy.

A bummer of a weekend!

Oatmeal bar was awesome!! As for the rest of the breakfast it was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing spectacular.

More variety of items for breakfast, longer hours for breakfast on the weekends. We booked this hotel because it is advertised as having an indoor pool. But of course when we got there the pool was closed! The grandkids had been so exited to get to go swimming and then they can't! Beds were horribly uncomfortable.

The smell of Clorox and or chlorine in our room. Asked to be moved but told they were full, offered a discount but didn’t give it. Sprayed the room with a sweet air freshener , the combination of smells weren’t good.

Great assortment for breakfast. Pool was a good temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I think the only "complaints" are our toilet handle stuck down so we had to lift it after every flush. Not a biggie, minor inconvenience. I waited till we left to say anything. Also they could use a 2nd or even 3rd waffle maker as it causes a line and congestion in the breakfast area with only one.

Husband ate I am not a breakfast person. He said it was good .

When I arrived an money was already taken from my account the lady at the front desk said my card was not being accepted. I then showed on my app that the card had already been charged. She then said oh I see the issue I needed the number near the charge. There were Nats an a few tiny ants in the room. No I didn't make a fuss mainly because I was tired!! An I wanted to just sleep
