Great room, nice hotel, good location.

The room was nice and clean and everything was great. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I’ve had worst. All in all, I’d definitely book there again!

Very nice hotel - will make sure to ask for a room that´s not on the ground floor next time I stay.

Breakfast is very nice. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are so nice and newly renovated. Beds super comfy. Gym room well equipped.

I was staying on the first floor and it was super loud down there. Mainly because the door to my room was not properly sealed (will add pictures). Could hear everyone in the hall and when staff was coming in to work in the morning there was no chance of sleeping.

Facilities need attention, wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom, mold in shower, ceiling and corners. Blood in the freezer, probably from meat from previous guests.

The rooms are quite clean. Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast is always warm and delicious.

I don't think there was a thing I didn't like. If I'd say anything was just traffic noise from the highway but it's pretty easy to drown that out.

In the shower looked like mold in the corners, Bugs in room. on 3rd floor looks like roof has been leaking for a awhile.

Close proximity to restaurants and things to do. We were in town for a wedding.

Breakfast was good. Great selection and variety of breakfast foods. Room was small for the number of people using the dining area. Large groups of young athletics. We had to return to our room to eat. We tried different times to eat, but it was a busy place. Wish there would have been a microwave available in dining area to warm up some items. The 2 girls at the registration desk on Friday, 7/14/23 in the evening were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. Sorry, we do not know their names. They were both young ladies, one had a baby 8 months old and the other had a 1 year old child. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns the past week while traveling.

Our room was too hot at nighttime. We could not control the temperature, particularly the air conditioner. It worked well during the day. The noise control in the hallway with all the young athletics particularly in the evening up to about 11:00 pm. They were full of energy.

The staff was one of the friendliest and hardest working we have encountered. A very prideful group.

Everyone did a nice job with breakfast. Plenty of staff members making sure everyone was taken care of. All was served with an abundance of smiles and kind greetings. Location and settings were perfect.

My biggest and only complaint is having made a reservation five months in advance the room we reserved was not available. We were downsized from a King Studio to a King Special which is a much smaller room. Although the staff tried their best to accommodate us it fell short. The explanation was 3rd party agencies like Booking.com overbook the motels. This our second such experience. How can we be assured we are getting the room we are reserving?!?
