Quiet, clean, relaxing hotel.

Room was clean. Hotel was clean and well kept. Pool looked welcoming. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable. Close to everything right in Owensboro.

The cleanliness was severely lacking, not worth the value.

The continental breakfast was very good, hot and fresh food. Location was also good, close to many restaurants and stores.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very disappointing. We arrived late from out of town and my family and I were tired and ready to go to bed right away but discovered a huge live bug crawling along the wall next to our bed. The next morning I discovered a dead cricket under the bathroom sink that had been there for awhile. There was someone else’s hair on the towels and some of the towels had stains on them. The beds were fairly comfortable but the pillows they provide are tiny and extremely flat. We asked for extra pillows but were told they do not have extras to provide to guests.

Can not recommend.

Chair in room was filthy. Dripping shower connection that spattered water all over floor. When I wiped up water, the towel was very soiled indicating dirty floor.

Felt like a bother to staff

When we needed a later check out of 12pm, I called to confirm that and was told that I could only have until 1130. I had been up all night sick and woke up late. But Then around 11:25am we had someone come into the room without knocking and told us we needed to go. We informed her then that we would be leaving soon. It was about 3 minutes later we got a call in the room of a woman threatening to give us late charges if we did not leave immediately. We rushed out of there and we were very upset that we were demanded to leave like that. I have never been treated like such an issue at a hotel before and made to feel like I was a bother for asking for an extra hour to have time to get everything packed and ready to go.

Overpriced rooms but comfy beds

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is decent.

Price was too high 500 plus for 2 nights. Pool was to hot and sun blares in your face through large windows in evening. Couldn't use common area because it's roped off except during breakfast so you can't meet with family or enjoy hotel other than your room. Front desk staff are very young only saw 1 adult and that was at checkout Sunday morning. Room fridge didn't have a freezer and didn't stay very cold. For what it is price of rooms is absolutely rediculous for a room in Owensboro KY nothing special about the place or the hotel that makes that price worth the stay

Location was okay. It served its purpose while we were there.

Staff was pushy about brining the luggage cart back up. They called our room when we were unloading our belongings and asked us to take it back down because other guests were waiting. We had just gotten there. They also didn’t have clean towels and wash cloths ready when we ran out and needed more. We were there for baseball so showering was extra important. We had to wait until late in the night to take showers when the towels and cloths got done. Also, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived- it was not ours. Breakfast had no bacon fyi.

Excellent breakfast - the best we have had at a hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and informative at check-in. Room was perfect! Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the fact that the bathroom was large and not the size of a small closet like at most hotels.

The fence around the front of the hotel made it difficult to walk to the nearby mall and restaurants.
