SUPER comfy bed! I slept better than I do at home lol

A few stains on the towels and pretty mid coffee.

The property was fine.

The room was put together good, but felt dirty. Saw roaches, the bathroom floor was dirty.

The AC didn’t work right. The microwave was hard to figure out. They locked us out of our room. The shower didn’t have good soap or shampoo or handles. The sink didn’t have cold water.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the online check-in and check-out process. It made everything extremely smooth.

The toilet and sink leaked a bit, but it wasn't disruptive to my stay.

food was good, but when we went to breakfast at 8:30 am, the sausage, eggs, and rolls were pretty much all gone.

could have put more food out for breakfaast, son said the construction workers had pretty much wiped out the food early.

First room they put me in the air conditioning didn’t work. Than they moved me to a room that reeked of smoke. The so called breakfast looked terrible. Scrambled eggs could be drank from a straw and the sausage patties were boiling in water to cook.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean. And the price was great!

The mine refrigerator in the room could have been defrosted. The freezer part of it was frozen up. But it was very clean.

Easy on and off I-35. Checked in online. We were extremely late due to an accident on the freeway but I called to make sure our room was not given away. Staff was friendly. Older Days Inn, room had a musty smell (has old carpeting) but I keep febreeze in my car so sprayed and it was OK. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. They provide small bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. Microwave and small fridge in room. No undesirables hanging around so felt very safe. You can check out online which was nice. Just left the room keys in the room. Would stay here again.

Wanted a late check out but they charge to check out late so we opted to leave by check out time (11 am). Be careful of large potholes in parking lot when driving to room. No elevator. Due to mobility issues when I booked I requested a downstairs room if there was no elevator and they tried to put us in an upstairs room. Luckily there was a downstairs room available so they were able to move us Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that.

Was not even allowed to check in cause they didn't disclose on line that there would be 150 dollar charge and I didn't have that on my card .

I didn't like that the lady working the desk argued with me and was super rude not willing to make any attempt to help

The staff member was polite and courtesy despite notifying that It is misleading to have a name of a quality Days Inn and then when arrive it’s more like a super 8 or motel 6 quality. I appreciated that they didn’t have bed bugs.

Rooms are not the cleanest, there was a tennis ball behind the night stand. Need remodeling, paint or something. Days Inn that we’ve stayed in the past was nothing like this. This hotel looked more like a super 8 or motel 6 standard.

Location to highway Has microwave and mini fridge. Decent breakfast. Online check in and out.

A couple Towels had stains made them look dirty. Bathtub was so stained it looked very nasty. Bathroom floor dirty. No light covers in bathroom possible debris falling, could see into ceiling.

Did not notice any Kleenex or hairdryer in room plus the ac unit could have been turned on prior to arrival so room would have been cooled when we arrived

Check-in was easy, and the manager was friendly. The area was quiet with a few other hotels nearby. Never felt unsafe. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom was small and only had a couple of towels. Breakfast options were limited- there was a waffle maker, a few pieces of bread, and egg patties. Pet fee is $15/pet/night. I couldn't find the fee on their website or on previous reviews so wanted to leave that here!

Some of the other guests were not as dedicated to the property being quiet and restful, and may not have appreciated a gamily-friendly environment.

I was unhappy with the entire experience. Hotel was not what it was pictured as. Upon arrival, there were men walking around the hotel, I had bottles of beer right outside of my room. When I told the attendant, she showed me different room that was closer to the front of the hotel and lit up. She said she was there all night and gave some sense of security. Then tried to upsell me! When I told her I was uncomfortable with the company surrounding the room, she said she would not refund me the money so I left. I was by myself with two small children under 5. I did not feel safe, at all.

Easy access to highway and restaurants and concert venue.

I was told 2 queen beds they were full not queen. And 1 pull out sleeper sofa. It was there but no sheets. Then when you ask for them they wanted $30. And they wanted you to pay for extra towels.

I had booked two rooms. I was given room 113 & 204. The breakfast area was horrible; there were only two pieces of bread; no milk; no yogurt; no juice. Room 113 had a strange overwhelming odor like animal urine that was being masked with air freshener; the bathroom door frame had been eaten by a dog and torn off the wall. The bathroom door & frame had been dug into/dog scratch and bite marks by an animal. After two hours the odor overwhelmed us and we attempted to get another room assigned but nothing else was available except pet and smoking rooms which is unacceptable. My guest in in room 113 left the hotel after midnight and walked to a different hotel. He attempted to seek restitution w the Days Inn hotel unsuccessfully. I was personally assigned room 204. The sink could not be turned off. Water ran through the faucet all night. My bed was clean and okay. The breakfast experience was horrible. I choose not to eat there because almost nothing was available and the dining area was not acceptable to me.

Everything could’ve been better. The staff were kind but could not reach a manager to address these issues for hours.
