I could not ask for anything better at this price point.

Good hotel for a quick overnight stay.

Breakfast food was good. No fresh fruit was available.

Shower door would not stay closed. It kept opening on its own allowing water to soak the floor. Body wash container was empty.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness, the decor and the amenities. But, first and foremost the staff went above and beyond and just made our stay during a move less stressful and relaxing.

We were given a dirty room, and had to switch. The fire alarms went off briefly at 7am

The bed was comfortable and the room felt larger than most it's type.

There's a bad smell in hallways, bad repair jobs for broken things, the uplighting behind the bed was an awesome touch, but they didn't work, they just flickered and never came on. Ice is only on the main level and only one elevator.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Pet friendly but tack on an annoying charge.

Breakfast was good. Pet friendly.

Didn't like the charge for Pet stay when before there was no charge. Our dog is well house trained and the cleanup would be no different than people staying in a room. Some noise from laundry room. Also, the shower diverter valve was not operating properly. Just barely able to adjust to get lukewarm water for shower.

HORRIBLE STAY!!

the discrimination in the reservation leads to believe there are 2 king beds in the suite. After check-in we reported the toilet was not working and there was no Hot water. We were told they would send someone to fix it. No one ever did. The entire stay was uncomfortable having to go use the lobby restroom due to toilet not working. It rained ALL weekend and was unable to take a hot shower as that never got fixed either. Next day after check-in we reported the issues again and we’re told the same thing. Never once offered another room. Again no one ever came. On check-out we were told a manager would contact us to give us a discount/refund. Never received a call. We called twice before getting a call back. Then we are told “ We don’t give discounts.” No comped room or refund was given. Only thing offered were extra points. Very rude management and would not recommend to anyone!

Not to much to like. Walked in it felt like a lower end hotel and came with a high end hotel price.

Extremely over priced. Paid $313 on a Friday night and at best it was a $75 hotel. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Not worth the money. Hotel not terrible in itself just not good for how much you pay.
