It was clean.

The sheets and towels smelled bad. The rate for pets online says $40 but got there and it was $75. Had to pay extra for breakfast that wasn’t anything special.

Nice stay but would liked to have a tv!!!

Location was great. Did not have the breakfast!

No TV. It worked but had no channels. Called front desk to see how to get channels and was told it was a new system and I’d had have to wait til when Maintenance came in the next morning. She did offer to move us to another room but was already ready for bed. Very disappointing!

Hilton charge an extra $12.50 if one wanted to pay for breakfast. Hilton is the first chain hotel I've encountered with both a high room cost PLUS an extra cost for breakfast. Far better had the breakfast been a cold, continental meal rather than gouge the customer for additional money. And by the way, I opted to have breakfast elsewhere for a cheaper price than Hilton offered. The business center was locked and Wi-fi was useless unless had their own computer.

Fine for what I needed

It was nice it was close to eating establishments and I35.

The receptionist was really nice to the man checking in before us, but wasn't the same to me when I checked in. She wasn't rude, but wasn't as welcoming when I made it up to the counter. She went above and beyond for the customer before. She looked up different numbers for rewards and didn't even ask me once we finally made it up there. It felt like we didn't matter.

Very Comfortable, Hidden Gem

This is a hidden gem kind of off the highway, but also away from traffic noise. Great breakfast hot cooked to order or buffet!! Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Not directly off the highway, had to do a little maneuver to get to. Pool and Jacuzzi very crowded.

It was very good and very expensive. I preferer hotels with free breakfast. We only ate there once.

The washing machine was not in service, the staff could have been friendlier. The hotel could have been cleaner. They only provided room service every other day and I went 2 days without room service

Location was great, right next to the highway and it was quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and room had lots of space.

I purposively paid a bit extra in order to stay at a Hilton as I thought it would be nicer, but honestly didn't see much a difference. The facillities were clean but had some stains on the carpet, and part of the it feels like it needs to be remodeled. Plus, you're paying little extra for a hotel room (or I did) and it didn't include breakfast, which it would have at other hotels. I expected it to be a lot nicer but it was a bit of a let down, honestly.

We liked that there was a bar and parking for large vehicles and trailers. We liked that pets were allowed. Close to Highway, but still quiet.

$75 pet fee is higher than expected. Hot water wasn’t hot enough. Massive rains resulted in slippery mud in parking lot.

Carpet in hallways were dirty. Stained & bleached around the elevator. Clearly spills had happened in hallways & not cleaned. Unfortunate as gives a not so good impression before you even get to the room.

It was close to the interstate.

The smoke alarm in our room flashed a bright light every 8 seconds all night. Dead cockroach in the elevator from the time we arrive to the time we left. Dead crickets and dead grasshoppers at all entryways, and dead crickets throughout the main floor. It was 90 degrees outside and the girl at the front desk had the lobby fireplace on. Asked various questions of 4 different staff. Only one (the gentleman cooking breakfast who came out of the kitchen when he saw I’d been waiting for 5 minutes on the lady behind the bar) looked me in the eye and was interested in being helpful. “Pet friendly” means there was a $75 non-refundable fee for our two dogs. We stayed in 4 other hotels during this trip with fees of either $20-$25 per dog. The ‘continental breakfast’ was $5, but did not include the warm food which was the added buffet at $13. None of it looked like it was worth $13. We got breakfast at Braums, for 4 people for $22. It was very good.
