First off, they couldn’t find my reservation through booking.com. It took maybe 20 mins for the lady up front to get ahold of the manager. Without telling me or my husband she charged us twice for the room. (Didn’t check the account until the next morning). I confronted her about it & she told me it was a booking.com issue and not the property. so I had to call customer service to get a refund. (Which I still haven’t received yet) Upon entering the room, the whole room was dirty. (Mind you they are doing renovations to the property and we got a room that was recently remodeled). All the appliances had dust on them, there was black scuff on the walls. The curtains were stained as what it looked like nicotine.(smelled like it too). We asked for a smoke free room due to we had 3 children. 7,5& 4 month old) The heater on the room did not work, just blew out cold air the whole time. The next morning, we found ants covering the whole bathroom floor. (Pic not attached) As we left for the day to visit family, we came back later that night and we were re-making the bed from the night before we noticed there was dog or cat paw prints all over our comforter. I guess I didn’t notice the night before due how tired we were from the drive. The breakfast was not decent. Stale cereal, powdered eggs & crappy sausage patties. They did have a waffle maker but I didn’t bother trying them. The refrigerated area has a pitcher of milk (for everyone to share who stays there) unsanitary if you ask me. They also had a pitcher of orange juice but it was sunny D. The refrigerator did not have a thermometer in it as well. I voice my concerns to the lady upfront but she did not seem too really care, all she did was write notes down to tell her manager. Who I never saw over the weekend by the way. Please, do not waste your money or time here. We will never go back to Baymont,

Nothing I didn’t stay because they are remolding and they don’t have any suites with kitchenette, that’s a lie.

Due to the fact I reserve a suite with a kitchenette and they didn’t have any at all they didn’t refund me my money. And manger was never In .

Absolutely nothing

The room was deplorable. Disgusting to be honest. The hallways and stairwells smelled like wet spoiled, molded mops. The curtains and air conditioning unit were so dirty it looked as if Popeye the sailor man lived there and smoked spinach daily. To think they have the nerve to say no smoking in the room and it smelled like a wet wrestling mat. From the moment I walked into the room I wanted to go back to the counter and demand my refund for such terrible conditions within 2 mins of walking in there, but we had to be at the venue of the concert in 1.5 hours so I had no time and had to shower and get dressed. The tub is black and I wouldn’t step foot in without my flip flops. The towels are thin and hard. To add even the water temperature was bad and it never even got hot. The air conditioning never got cold. The mattress and box spring was a nasty yellow tinted color and it sagged so horribly in the middle that I never got one wink of sleep and I was up writing this review at 5:45am. I still want a refund, because this is pure robbery to charge any free to stay at this dump. Please take my word and never, ever book this property. Those pictures are an absolute scam. There is not one positive about the stay here
