Everything! First room I was given I opened the door to squatters living in it, it was full of filth. The second room was okay until we went to use the pull out couch and the mattress had bowel and urine stains on it and roaches came out from the mattress. We packed our items left. When I went to go to the desk to let staff know how unacceptable this was there was no staff to be found so proceeded to leave. Oh and also the indoor pool that is advertised is closed til the spring which would have been nice to know as one of the reasons the room was booked to start with.

They told us the hot water wasn’t working after we had been checked in for 2 hours. We spent 160$ on a jacuzzi room, but we couldn’t use any hot water in the shower, sinks, or the jacuzzi. When we went to get a refund they said they could only give us 50% refund due to us being in the room for so long. We were there less than 2 hours, and only that long because we noticed the water was broken immediately after dinner, and waited an hour and a half for them to call us back saying the hot water was broken. They were rude and not helpful. The whole thing was a scam. They had other tenants in the hotel, they had to have known the hot water was broken but they let us check in anyways.

The hot tub in the pool area didn't work at all and probably for the best the pool was filthy at the bottom with like piles of dirt in the corners and a couple handfulls of dead crickets floating on top breakfast was a joke two muffins at best and a couple sausages

Not a lot. Location was not easy to find. We arrived very late. So did many others. Check in went ok.
Our Room 123 smelled highly of mold, had stains on the ceiling, holes in the bathroom walls, no lightbulbs in the lamps. Air conditioning unit worked, but not well. Breakfast was nothing special, dry cereal(no scoops to get cereal out of glass containers), orange juice watered down, eggs/sausage had the same shape-round).

The location was perfect for what we needed.
Be careful when you pay your $50 deposit. My credit card was charged $50, which I was not informed before, during, or after my stay. It’s not a hold (like every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at). You have to physically call and give your card information to get your money credited back. The hotel doesn’t keep your card information on file, so there’s no way for them to refund it. I was told this information by the manager. I only noticed by accident that my money wasn’t returned around 8 or 9 days later when I checked my CC transactions for something non related to my stay. If you don’t call, the hotel will keep your $50 deposit. The manager said that he called me twice to return my money to my card, but I didn’t have a missed call or voicemail from him. I had no missed calls or vm’s at all, from anyone on the days that the manager said he called. He actually admitted that he never called when I gave him my card number. They should let you know or have a sign that the deposit is not a hold, but a charge. There’s mold in the shower in/on the caulking. It’s as if they caulked over mold, and it’s coming through. The bed and mattress feels cheap. You can feel the springs, and hear them crackle as you move. The pillows are smaller than standard size pillows. I wasn’t expecting the lap of luxury, but for a hotel, I expected better. The breakfast is bare minimum. There’s waffles with no butter. That should give an idea. It’s like staying at a 2 star motel.

not much...Breakfast was not good. No choices, not as it was when Comfort Inn had this location.
1. the odor as you walk in the front door, whatever they cook is awful, its on every floor and in every room we are thinking. needs some air freshener all over the place. its horrible.
2.the bathroom tub is dated very stained up, behind the shower fixture kept fall off.commode was way to low and we were short people. the bathroom needs updated.
3.Mainly it really needs a good cleaning, carpet etc. and updated bathroom.

The location was great, the price was great I would have been fine with the odd smell too were it not for the fact everything was empty.
It was dirty, hot and smelled sour. The breakfast was uneatable. Sour pancake batter and the guy serving wore no gloves or mask even though his skin was flaking so bad pieces were falling off of him when he check us out. The shop was next to empty and they had no condiments for breakfast.

The indoor pool was open but my kids had burning eyes from the pool being over chlorinated even with goggles. The furniture from lobby and room were stained. And sheets were not replaced for the next night and so we checked out early

Location was great, easy to find off the highway. Room was clean, set up was nice. Evening desk attendant (female) was very kind and pleasant to speak with.
Hot tub was out of order, no hair conditioner available as they were out of it. I was not happy at all with the person working the desk at 11 a.m. check out. I had left a $60 cash deposit with him the day before when I checked in and at checkout, he did have it to return to me, but I felt he was suspicious of how I left the room as he didn't say anything to me but took my card key and went to the elevator to check the room himself and left us waiting while he went to the third floor. Never in my entire life have I had someone physically go to the room before letting me check out to get my deposit back. He had a radio in his hand so I'm not sure why he didn't call the housekeeper on that floor to check it if he suspected anything instead of just walking off towards the elevator. I'm a 56 y/o woman with a 17 y/o daughter so I'm not sure what he thought we did. I thought he was unfriendly in dealing with him anyway from the start. When I leave a hotel, I personally always bag all the trash and leave it on the desk so it's easy to get and leave the other trash cans empty with a clean bag. I leave all towels in a single pile on top of the bathroom counter and remotes are left exactly next to the TV when I leave. The only thing a housekeeper would have to do is grab a bag of trash, a pile of towels and make the beds, other than their own washing counters, tub and vacuuming. I always make it easy on the housekeepers out of respect for their work.

1) We walked into our room and immediately noticed that the fabric desk chair was completely worn out and had the top layer of fabric completely off the chair. 2) There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. 3). The floor of the shower looked like someone had tried to paint over the obvious wear and tear of the shower stall. 4) There was mold in the shower door corners, all along the runner, and outside the shower door and on the floor. 5). The bathroom door had been slammed open so much that there was a hole/dent on the corner inside the bathroom. 6) The day we left we heard water dripping, coming from the closet. There was a hole that had been cut out of the ceiling in the closet, where we could see the leaking pipes from the floor above. The cut ceiling tile was on the shelf of the closet, wet. The floor below was wet.

Location was convenient
Old, needed many repairs. They made mistakes transferring my reservation (after a name change?) and charged me to the entire stay on the first missed night, but I wasn’t due until the next day. Toilet didn’t flush. The included breakfast was nasty and hardly any food. We had to go get breakfast else where.

The hotel is located with close interstate access near restaurants and a small shopping strip mall.
Upon check-in, I asked the front desk for two additional towel sets. The next morning, I got a call from the front desk informing me that housekeeping needs the dirty towels. I have never experienced being hounded in a hotel about towels. For this reason, I would be hesitant to stay at this hotel again. My room was a handicap room, but it was too small to comfortably accommodate a wheelchair.

The staff here was kind and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. We especially liked the waffles. All in all it was a good room for the price and people working here are very kind and helpful.

lady that checked us in was not friendly and didn’t provide any info other than here’s your room key. nothing about you will still be charged $9.95 sales tax that didn’t get paid thru Booking.com. or that there we be a $50 deposit held. Rooms smelled like wet dog/musty; the pool water was green

We loved everything about this property! The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, housekeeping was phenomenal and last but not least, the staff was very respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Katie & Samantha at the front desk were the absolute sweetest young ladies and one of them even surprised my husband and I with free Bret Michaels Concert Tickets after we got out of work one day. To say that this was the best experience would be a true understatement!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub were always in use so we didn’t get to enjoy it ourselves.
