Lobby was very nice and the bed was very comfortable

The minute I opened the door it smelled very strongly of cigarette. I requested a nonsmoking room as cigarette smoke gives me migraines. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was 75 degrees in that room. There also was no hot water. I didn’t call the front desk because I did not have the energy to move to another room.

Had to fill the toilet tank using a trash can filled with water from the bathtub to flush. Elevator was out when leaving. Pool was cloudy, could not see the bottom. Ho tub was roped off. No flavored coffee creamer.

The room was good, bed was clean, location was good.

I booked this hotel just because it had an indoor pool, got there and they said we coudnt use it, and my kids were so excited for our stay. Said it was under renovation. Very very very diassapointed Also the hair blow dryer was working, tried every plug to see if it turned on and it didn’t , I didn’t take mines because there’s always is a dryer and we had an even to go . The iron wasn’t working to good either I used it for my dress to get all the wrinkles out took me 10 minutes to get it looking decent

The room above us stomped when walking around.

Front desk staff were great but House keeping staff is VERY poor. First room(306) was dirty. Soda drippings all over walls in different areas of the room. There was black hair shavings on the rest room wall. Ants were coming out of shower head, not sure if they were coming through the wall but that was very disturbing. Fridge still had food from old guest. Doesn’t look like they cleaned the toilet seats properly nor did they change the toilet paper roll. Greasy hand prints on walls and head board of both beds. It was just a mess! And I have pictures to prove it ALL! Also the Breakfast was great but the staff just isn’t to friendly. Just had a horrible attitude!

we usually stay here when we go to winstar for concert. Staff are always great. Coffee was great. Waffle maker a bonus. I repeat the staff are always helpful and kind. It has always been a safe place to stay which is why we usually return.

Place is looking a bit tired. The bleach clashing with chemical smell is often present near elevator entrance. Weird colored grout in shower.Parking lot bright lights not a fan. Fridge in room was not working well...put stuff in it came back 2 hours later and it was warm. SO pulled fridge forward to allow air circulation and it improved the fridge's function. many hotel fridges have this problem.

I missed breakfast.

In the shower, there was random hair and the shower wall had residue on it..

Nice public spaces, spacious room, really loved having the sink outside of the bathroom for getting ready, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Our room smelled a little like cabbage, it was odd but no issues. Mattress could’ve been cleaner but sheets were good and no bugs.

Super clean rooms and great staff. Also had a wonderful breakfast!

I did like the location and the hotel

We used the pool but there were no towels at all. The breakfast was OK.

Shower in room was not clean. Use/old washcloth was in the shower upon arrival.

Convenient to Highway, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Bathrooms need updating…

The beds were comfortable. Shower essentials being provided and in the shower were nice. The room was very large, so that was a great bonus.

The room smelled of marijuana badly. The refrigerator was not cold. I also had to track down the front desk clerk in the house keeping room to get checked in. Apparently laughing and talking was more important than her job.

Lovely large room with microwave, fridge etc in separate area with sofa. Very clean and nice, safe location, away from the busy roads. Excellent free breakfast - lovely cereal.

Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and gravy but, as noted in other reviews, there was no meat (bacon, sausage) offered. Some hash browns or potatoes would have been nice, too.

Hot tub could have been hotter. There was a used bar of soap in our bathroom when we checked in. The lady who worked the night shift at the front desk Saturday, July 8, '23, was extremely rude to my fiancé when she asked for bedding for the pull-out sofas we had in each of the king suites we booked. We didn't prepare to go to bed until late and that's when we discovered there was no bedding in either room for the pull-out sofas (we only needed bedding for one of them)) When my fiancé asked for the bedding, the front desk attendant asked, "What time did you check in?" My fiancé said 3:30 and the lady said, "And you're just now asking for bedding?" My fiancé told her essentially it wasn't her concern when we checked in or what time we chose to go to bed. The lady asked her what room we were in and for her name. The rooms were booked under my name, different last name from my fiancé. When the lady discovered the rooms weren't in my fiancé's name, she told her she didn't have to talk to her about anything at which point my fiancé, who is in the customer service industry, told her she shouldn't speak to customers that way. The front desk lady responded by being dismissive and basically saying she didn't care. After hearing this from my fiancé, I called down and did NOT chew her out like I should have; I just asked for the bedding. She was short with me on the phone but sent it up to our room right away. I figure this little review will be much more effective that confronting the lady that night. Too bad because many of the reviews rave about how friendly and helpful the staff is at this hotel which was the case with the lady who checked us in that afternoon; she was great!

rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great

pool and hot tub smelled like it had too much chlorine in the water. chlorine fumes made our eyes burn and made the water look too cloudy.

our door didn’t lock and they tried to tell me that my reservation was cancelled when I went to check in. very disappointed in the staff

Breakfast was fabulous. Initially my room had an unpleasant oder of smoke. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate with another room. She was very helpful and kind.
