Nice place to stay

Clean and modern facilities with very polite, professional staff. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice after a hot day. I usually avoid shampoo, soaps, and lotions provided by hotels, but the Zero% products in my room were all amazing with a light, refreshing smell. Overall, i enjoyed my stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was a little firm for my liking, but that's just a personal preference, and it did not prevent me from sleeping well.

Pleasant

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The smart tv was nice for down time. The breakfast we ate there was good. Staff was pleasant. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I'd stay again

Honestly been one of my favorite hotels since I was a kid. Everything went smooth check in check out the complimentary cookies when you check in the room was nice and clean even had our last name on the TV the breakfast was good no mean workers I would definitely stay again I didn't get to use the pool but it was warm and clean we didn't travel with our dog this time but good to know they allow it there was multiple dogs we seen which is a plus for us.

My one and only complaint is the beds are stiff for my liking They used to be more comfy I'm still in my 20s so I feel like if it's stiff for me it's probably not the best for everyone else either our backs did hurt when we got up the next morning.

Quick place to stay on our travels and would easily recommend anyone else to stay here.

Easy to get to. Well kept property. Breakfast was great well stocked and the lady was keeping it tidy and took pride in her work. Quiet rooms.

The absolute only bad thing was the sliding bathroom door was extremely hard to slide back and forth. Besides that no complaints at all.

It was great, convient, quiet area, close to great restaurants.

Had a lot of choices. Especially all the topping. Biscuits were wonderful but the sausage gravy was gross. Looked gray and had no flavor which is how I know the biscuits were wonderful.

There is 1 elevator broken and has been broken for some time according to other reviews. There is a very long delay , and when there was 20 kids there playing in a baseball tournament, it was thump thump bang bang overhead until 2:30 AM WiFi and internet do not work and advertised as having it , would be nice if it actually worked

Save your money and stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites or Holiday Inn Express

The room has a cement slab for a mattress, the pillows were flat !!! No support. The mini fridge is more like a mini oven, the coffee maker is missing parts, the internet is non functional, the breakfast is cold eggs, cold sausage, cold potatoes. Turn on the warmer to keep the food warm. The dining area only had coffee available 2 of 4 nites I was there. If you comment on anything there all you get is a worker wanting to argue with you. I will stay elsewhere before I waste $600 on a 4 nite stay there

I left a complaint with Sunni the owner and have yet to hear back.

I enjoyed there breakfast.

I was placed in room 121 first floor next to the water heaters. We were unable to get any sleep due to the noise that occurred every time others took a shower. I’m not sure if they also had construction going on because surly they wouldn’t rent that room knowing how extremely noisy the water heaters are.
