Had to wait in the lobby almost an hour to check in

The breakfast and the location.

We had to wait almost an hour when we got there to check in that evening. Nobody was at the desk or answering the phone number they left on a sign. We didn't have hot water part of the time.

A pleasant apartment in a garden right in the middle of old town but in need of some modernization

Our room was in fact a little apartment with separate living room and bedroom and a relatively large kitchen. The hotel is a collection of small buildings around a garden, which we liked. t was quiet and pleasant. Staff was very nice. We liked the breakfast and the room where it is given.

We did not need the kitchen and living room and would have preferred a larger bedroom. The bathroom is small, basic and rather unpleasant. The bed was a real problem: it is too soft and so high that my wife could almost not lift herself to get in! On the whole, the building needs a little modernization.

Loved the atmosphere, the people who worked there, the food. It was an overall great experience!!

As a short person, the bed was very high. But, it was definitely NOT a deal breaker nor did it affect our stay!

Great location and understanding staff

Breakfast could have been a little bit better for the price we paid for the hotel room and the location was awesome within walking distance to shop and eat.

We did not get room service on our second night, the room, bathrooms and both bedrooms were not done, we had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and pick up the trash, I made both beds so we could sleep in them, I wasn't even offered a discount or something for walking into a dirty room which we paid so much, I guess I will have to think twice about staying there again, I am just being honest

Beautiful property close to town and the vibe is so peaceful

This property is in a great location near the Plaza. It is an oasis for sure. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Very nice. Comfortable bed. We didn't use the hot tub but will next visit. Private and looked inviting. Very zen property and private from the neighborhood. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. We really want to go back to this lovely inn.

It was odd there were no utensils in the kitchen but upon asking you can get them at the front desk as they want them to stay sanitary and hand them out.

Over priced and disappointing

The hot tub.

Although it was stated as a Continental breakfast with cook to order food I failed to find the continental part and that the cook to order part was very small. For $250 per night it should have been a lot better

Not your cookie cutter hotel but an artistic retreat

This is a very unusual hotel. Instead of standard rooms, guests stay in casitas, each of different style and design. Not all casitas are of equal comfort, but the more expensive ones are very unique and beautiful. Everything is spotless, though. The staff is very friendly and superbly accommodating. The property has beautiful grounds with benches, fountains, walkways, a hot tub enclosure, and many artistic touches. It is 5 minutes walk to Old Town, and has plenty of free parking. The breakfast is served in a cheery sunroom, with items made to order.

Some units are rather small, and have a barn door to the bathroom, not the best idea for privacy.

A very pleasant stay for a family in the 2-bedroom suite.

The hotel is charming. It is a historic property (but fully updated) and is designed and decorated in an antique hacienda style. Very nice, glass-enclosed breakfast room, lovely, cool inner courtyard with shade and small fountains.

A very minor thing: the air conditioner in our 2-bedroom suite was quite loud for the nighttime.

A perfect stay in Albuquerque!

The property is beautiful. The grounds are very spacious and well landscaped. The room was spacious, and the furnishings and artwork throughout the property are gorgeous. The location is perfect—a very short walk to Old Town. There is off-street parking and a large hot tub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Casas de Suenos Old Town!

Staying at Casa de Suenos was our favorite part of our stay in Albuquerque even above some remarkable activities.

Our casita was comfortable, spacious, and best of all: very historically accurate in New Mexican style. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating .

The lighting in our bathroom could be improved but this is majoring in the minors.

It was a great stay!

Absolutely charming and lovely, 20 casitas wrapped around a serene and tasteful courtyard garden. The hot tub is beautiful. The breakfast was great. The casitas are old and that is part of the charm. Would love to stay here again just as a retreat.

We didn’t realize you have to ask for cutlery and pots and pans if you want to use the kitchenette. That was a bit inconvenient not knowing that. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Overall we loved this place.

An experience of New Mexican history, magical as New Mexico is enchanted.

It was amazing, the amphibian Duck brought us right up to the front of CdeS from the utility canal of the Rio Grande. Everyone was super friendly.

Adorable hotel with a beautiful courtyard and gardens. Enjoyed the hot breakfast, art, hot tubs, and the location close to Old Town ABQ. Bed was very comfortable and parking was convenient. Would 100% stay there again.

The room was large and the breakfast was pretty good.

My wife's jewelry was taken by the cleaning lady (there is no safe in the room), and the only response from the owner was "our staff only cleans and does not take anything"
