Rooms could use as much attention as they put into their lobby. From leaking bathtub fault water damage on light lamps, air conditioner is terrible. Cleanliness could improve. Got moved rooms 3 times once for ac 2 because Iwas bite by a bug when sitting on the recliner. 3rd time there was a on the very top and didn't even pull over the blankets. The ac in there was also on high but not blower high or cooling room down. I had enough of it and left at 2am. Although the lady that tryed to make things better for me I did appreciate. The guy at late night isn't useless and should be replaced with a self check out and check in system. I'm not the type to complain about unless seriously have the need to. Expectations should be very hight for a place like this especially downtown. So they can do way better. Just take my advice and don't stay here. Double tree by hilton downtown is where I would recommend if you need to be downtown
