It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There needs to be more staff hired to clean the hallways and public spaces like the entrance and dining areas. They looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month or longer.
Also there was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway that we saw from our elevator ride, our phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk and it made me a little uncomfortable going back out that evening.

Evening drinks and breakfast were very nice. Hotel was beautifully decorated and cozy for the holidays.
The check in process took a very long time. When we finally got everything figured out and got to our room the door was ajar and the floor was super dirty and the shower was too..looked the room hadn't been cleaned, we had to go back downstairs and get a new room, the man was friendly and switched my rooms but no real apology or anything to compensate for the inconvenience. The second room was clean but the TV on the main room didn't work. We didn't have time or energy to complain or move again.
