Excellent pet stay, great bar & food, room was large & clean, comfortable.

Only plugs, no usb ports for charging so if you don’t have a plug in adapter you can’t charge your phone.

My room was comfy and nicely decorated, staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a very good breakfast menu.

I wasn’t able to get anything to eat when I arrived. Had a bit of trouble finding the hoteI was told I could get room service until 10pm. When I call Ed from my room after 9:30 it was too late because room service end at 9:30pm. I had some snacks that I had with me. I was ok. Then had a nice breakfast in the morning.

Comfortable stay in good location..

Comfortable and clean. Beds are good and restaurant in-room dining options. Good location for Old Town. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Aged facility. Towels and sheets very thin (but still warm). We were locked out of our room but staff rectified immediately.

Recommend!

Location is great, a short walk to Sawmill Market and Old Town. We appreciated the decor, which made it feel like more of a boutique hotel. There was a very good coffee machine in the lobby, great breakfast choices, and a free shuttle that could be booked to take you around town or to/from the airport.

The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but we visited during the Balloon Fiesta, which is a very busy time, so it was in line with other accommodation in the area.

Everything. I booked the rooms. We got there at 11 p.m. and needed 2 pet friendly rooms. None were available. Why wasn't I told that in advance? The person behind the desk was sparky. Do not stay here. Oh I got charged anyway! Seriously people!! Never again.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel!!

Loved everything about it! The friendly staff went above and beyond! Ivan, the shuttle driver, took us to Old Town, Biopark, Indian Cultural Center, and picked us up from the airport, and took us back at the end of our trip! He was so friendly and helpful answering all of our questions! Adrianna at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful! Location was great and very close to many attractions! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast and specialty coffee machine were all great! No complaints at all!!

Terrible, double charged

I got charged 2ce for the stay, once through booking.com and another through the hotel. When I called the hotel they says I never booked through booking.com & dud nothing to help me.

The obviously inept staff that can’t see a booking already paid, charged me again, & refuse to help me. I will it be using this hotel anymore if I have to spend time fighting over a double charge

Comfortable room in Albuquerque

Courteous staff, comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. The rooms were made up each day, which is not always the case these days. The fridge was large for a hotel, and included a small freezer compartment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good.

A microwave in the room would have made it perfect. They didn’t replenish the coffee creamer a couple of days.

A lovely hotel with a nice theme about it

Nicely themed 'Old Mexico' hotel with interesting pictures of times gone by adorning the walls. Decent bar & restaurant on site. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location for Old Town, not so much for city centre. Plenty of parking spaces.

Shower - pressure was a bit weak and was one of those with only half a screen so inevitably the bathroom floor gets wet

Had to leave earlier than breakfast was served. However, “breakfast bars” were available for us to take. We left at 5:20 AM.

I like that the property is reasonably priced and has an airport shuttle. The staff are very accommodating. They provide free breakfast, sometimes. I don’t exactly know how you get the free breakfast and how you don’t because I’ve stayed there several times and the first two times got free breakfast every day and the last time I got free breakfast one of two days. however, it is a decent place that is clean and comfortable

The free breakfast this time was not as good as in past visits. The breakfast burrito was about 85% filled with potato rather than eggs and potato. Nevertheless, it was tasty. The other thing is that although the cleaning staff are good, cleaners and thorough, they are quite noisy in the hall in the mornings when people are still trying to sleep. I would still happily stay there again.

Very close to Old Town

Only a few blocks to walk to Old town. Right off the freeway and loved that there was a restaurant and lounge with good food and great staff. The room was comfortable and updated 50” TV as we wanted to catch up on a game at night. Overall, although this was not the newest or most modern, it surpassed our expectations by staff and amenities.

Close to freeway and not great neighborhood however the parking was free and surrounded by fence for security.
