Hotel Albuquerque At Old Town

First the location is great. Walkable to Old Town and museums. Easy access to freeway. Very nice grounds which can be used for receptions, good banquet halls. Beds were comfortable including the pillows. Rooms cleaned and beds made up everyday. Staff very friendly. Restaurant on site.

The elevators feel very tired. Hallways to rooms look tired as well. I’ve stayed at this property once before about six months ago - pricing for this trip was astronomical for Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. Bathrooms are small with no room to spread out toiletry items.

Centrally located in Old Town, great facilities and view was amazing. We stayed right as the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta was starting. Saw some hot air balloons in the sky!

That's a wonderful hotel in a great location. Our room 919 was a corner room with excellent views. It was also a very large suite

For such a large space the bathroom was very small with absolutely no counter space. The TV did not offer casting or let me plug in my Roku stick to access my subscribed channels. The lighting was extremely poor specially walking in the door at night I needed to use my cellphone flash light to get to the lights inside the room. And finally, the bed platform has a huge metal frame sticking out four inches which we hit a couple of times and suffered a lot of pain and bruising. This feature is most unusual and totally unnecessary.
