Housekeeping stopped at 8:30AM Tuesday but no one mentioned that to us. :-(
We deliberately picked a hotel with a bar as we enjoy a nightcap sometimes before retiring while on vacation. The site said they had a bar...we only pick hotels with bars located on the premises if traveling for personal...there was no bar available and the "restaurant" they mention is only snacks and not very healthy ones. :-(
Overall the place seemed really clean except for the slight mold trail in our shower's door track...no housekeeping available to mention that to :-(

I really appreciate how clean the hotel was. All of the tables and chairs in the lobby was clean and comfy. Very welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels left in the room. I really appreciate how there are two sinks in the room to accommodate larger families. In addition, the rooms are very spacious giving larger families much more wiggle room. Lastly, I appreciate most that the Hyatt includes pets in their hotel. We will definitely use Hyatt as our hotel of choice for our future trips. Thank you to the beautiful and gracious staff for an amazing stay.
