Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is a new build, everything feels fresh and modern. The place is super clean, the facilities are solid. The location is perfect too. Easy to get around without any hassle.
The only thing that threw me off a bit was the price. The hotel looks pricey.Also it would’ve nice if they offered free breakfast, especially for the rate they are charging.

We were in ABQ for Balloon Fiesta, this location was very close to the event area.
Our 4th floor room had an oddly heavy bathroom door. It was honestly the weight of a hotel room door, and it wouldnt stay partially open. So it would block the door to the room. It was very awkward. To get to the closet or the light switch we had to move this door. It’s a narrow space so we were always manouvering around this door. Very weird. Aside from that the room was comfortable.

The location is good, close to Chilis and Walmart.
The room smelled terrible, front door was open when we came in, fridge was dirty and there was food leftover in it. The chairs were not cleaned, there were dust and hairs on it and they were nasty. The phone’s charging outlets not working, wall plugs have no covers. We can’t even call the front desk because the phone’s not working.
