Convenient with courteous staff.
The door to the bathroom didn’t stay closed without putting something behind it to keep it in place.

We went during the middle of the week, so it was a little slow. We were able to do an upgrade on the room for a fee. We got a corner room which was quiet. The room was clean and very cute. We had cocktails one evening and breakfast one morning. All staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool and fireplace was so relaxing. Would diffanitly would stay here again. The place fair exceeded our expectations.
We had to pay for valet parking or would have to park in the street which did not seem safe. The staff at the valet was super nice and friendly.

I liked the style of rooms, and that there were a lot of places to eat nearby. Easy access to buses, which is always important to me. It was a clean and comfortable hotel, and the staff were helpful.
The area could be a little loud at night and it was a bit rough around the edges.

Someone unique but not as nice as other arrive hotels such as Memphis.
No coffee in rooms nor lobby. Front desk staff not al that helpful (except for one gentleman). Nightly street noise. Many unhoused in park across the street - some yelling obscenities at me (a 67 year old woman!)
