Breakfast was good; location has easy access to downtown. This is a well run hotel. Everything generally works and is in order.
Pool not opening until mid-morning is a negative since I like to swim early morning..

The hotel is fairly new so all rooms were very modern and clean.
Breakfast could definitely improve.

The physical facility was excellent. The location was everything we were hoped for.
The staff service was well below my expectations. In four days our room was not serviced. The waste baskets were never emptied. The coffee pods were never replaced. The two wash clothes were never replaced. Everyday we went to the front desk for coffee pods for our room.
The breakfast bar was poorly managed. In 4 days I had to find the breakfast bar person to tell her that they were out of eggs, bagels, and several times coffee. She had back-ups for all these products but she was somewhere else in the facility.
This is the first time I have ever written a critics review.
