Rooms were big and I got to log into my own apps on the tv

The waste basket would be better with a bag. I didn’t want to throw my ketchup packages away because I didn’t want it to dirty the inside of the waste basket

I really liked the lighting in the room, and the bathroom's shower stall, appreciated the amenities (like body lotion of good quality). Air conditioning worked well and it was not too noisy, all those small details they pay attention make the place very comfortable to stay. All the hotel staffs of Front Desk, restaurant, and cafe were friendly, courteous, and helpful; together with the artful interior decor and music, they created a grounded, calm ambience where it was very inviting to stay. Transit Center is in walking distance, and it was easy to get on public buses free of charge(!) and a train to Santa Fe. I definitely will come back.

I heard a howling sound at night, could be from air ventilation or water running? I was not sure. It went on and on and at first I was little uncomfortable as I tried going to sleep, but at the end of the stay it became like white noise.

Rolling wheel on top of sliding door was broken.

Staff was friendly and trod hard. Restaurant was way understaffed for dinner and breakfast. Staff did all they could.

Restaurant way understaffed. At dinner the bartender had to wait on us and go to the kitchen to cook our food. Understaffed for breakfast also. No shower gel or shampoo in room, containers were empty. Buried a 20.00 charge for parking way down in their page. Hated cashless facility.
