The room was clean and up to par. The staff was attentive. The hotel was located in the perfect area.

The very thin blanket on the bed was not enough. I didn't expect to pay for a late check out.

The gentleman working was very polite

The elevator was out of order several times. The bedside table drawer would not stay shut and kept opening up, the tv would not work properly. We had to unplug and plug back in to get the tv to work.

The bed was comfortable, but the paint on the walls made the room too dark and dreary.

Location

It was advertised as having an indoor pool, but the pool was drained and upon arriving, the checkin person told us there was no pool. Booking, do not advertise a pool. That is one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Overpriced, out of order and uncomfortable

Not much at all to like.

I did not like the property. Rooms were not very clean nor was the facility. In my room most of the power outlets did not work or worked on and off. There is no Jim which I believe was in the description and the pool area is unusable. Most of the breakfast items either are out of order or on edible. I feel overall that I paid twice as much as I should’ve for a crappy location in the middle of nowhere on a Thursday night I feel I’m owed some kind of large discount/refund on this booking especially with my status with this app.

Room was quiet. Bed comfortable.

Hotel needed a lot of general and cleaning maintenance. TV didn't work properly. Bathroom not clean, short of towels, shortt of bath soap. Door to room was left unlocked twice by hotel personnel. Breakfast was meager, no fresh juice, no protein items. Was not able to access WiFi in my room.

I’m never going to stay here again.

The TV had a lot of channels.

My room didn’t have a hair dryer but I didn’t realize it until I saw that they charged for missing items in the room. I told the front desk as soon as I realized it and they said I would not be charged but I’m still going to keep an eye out for the charge. But it concerns me that they haven’t checked or cleaned the room since they seemed surprised there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room. The breakfast was awful. Both the orange and apple juices were way beyond expired. The coffee had an acidic after taste. The waffle batter had no flavor at all. It was like eating paper. I had a king sized bed for my husband and myself and there were 3 tiny square pillows. They looked like sofa pillows.

first they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned and we had to ask for another one. early in the morning the one who was cleaning the other rooms made a lot of noise disturbing those who were still sleeping. the room they gave us after was still not cleaned well, it only had a rest of toilet paper, torn curtain, and worse the towels as well as not enough were full of stains as if they hadn't been washed well!

easy to find and clean when you walk in.

blood on my curtains, walls had food or something on them, bedding had cigarette burns on it but I was in a NON smoking room, floors looked dirty and lots of stains. elevator was sketchy, it felt like it was going to break. they have a pool but it’s extremely small. they have cereal for breakfast but couldn’t find any milk. tried finding someone in the morning and there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes. waited for 20 and no return of anyone. beds are HARD. was by far the WORST sleep I’ve ever had.

So bad we left without eating napkins stuck to the counter it was so dirty

Mirror in bathroom broken and held together with scotch tape. 4 of us in the room. Pull out bed not made up when we got there and had to go to front desk to get linens and towels. Pullout bed stained! Tops of desks etc dusty!

Out dated and dirty. We stayed 2 nights for a notre dame game so our options were limited.

Coffee was out during breakfast then burnt when it was replaced. Many items were not stocked even without having nearly a full hotel. The place was dirty and out dated. The pool was closed for both days, we had to call the front desk to get our tv to work and room was infested with stink bugs on the walls and ceiling. Killed about 8 a night before bed. The pillows were like sleeping on cotton ball bags bought from hobby lobby. I’m glad we brought sheets for at least my kid to sleep on. Would not recommend

Absolute nightmare , Avoid this hotel at all costs

Beds were comfortable and rooms clean

Hotel has tried to charge credit card 4 times when we actually paid cash, case ongoing with credit card fraud team . Staff at reception were not helpful and sheriff was called Phone and all email accounts etc were hacked while on Super 8 Wi-Fi very serious consequences for me…. Avoid this hotel at all costs
