The bed was scary, it took 15 minutes on pure hot to take a Luke warm shower, the floors were grimy and dirty, no dishes in the cupboard, smelled like liver and onions, expensive for our very small dog, girl was smoking in the elevator. No clean towels, no shampoo, no bible

Staff was extremely nice 👌

Shower barely worked. Light over bed kept going on and off all night and when I told front desk that it kept us awake all night I was told it would be taken care of but never was. We were told we had to take our own trash out of the building to a dumpster ourselves. Part of elevator inside wall coming off! Never again!!!

The room I received was dirty with no bedding, no towels, no shower curtains. Mini fridge had not been cleaned out, left over food and spilled drink. And I woke up to roaches on the wall. Disgusting place!

When we went to check-in, they told us they had cancelled the reservation as the stay was not long enough. This was graduation weekend for Norte Dame University so there were no rooms available in the Niles MI/South Bend IN area. Thanks to a friend found a place in St, Joseph MI but it was twice the cost of Birch Hills. We were disappointed in book.com as we received notice 5 days before again confirming our reservation.

Under renovation, potential to be quite nice, but not ready for guests yet.

Front desk manager was very helpful and friendly. I can also see they are in the midst of a renovation, so I expect them to get better.

They are not ready yet. Room had a broken cabinet door, broken light switch that also turned on at night when I was sleeping because it was motion-activated, remote control fixed with electrical tape, dirty walls, dirty tub, ruffled sheets and pillows, dirty sheets, dirty windows, dirty bathroom mirror, damaged bathroom door, seat that did not fit the toilet, rusted drain in the tub, elevator with broken tiles that smelled like beer, drawer with water damage, and internet that did not work with my device, and non-working phone in the room.

What a crock of shit.

I didn't have to sleep outside.

False advertisement. I booked a room for 4 adults and 1 child and after they took my $1850 cash. Then they tell me all of us can't stay in the room. When I said no problem, they say no refunds. Then they handed me a list of rules and tell me that they run a tight ship and i break any rule they will kick us out, and of course no refunds. Then they proceed to tell me that it's $2 extra for clean linen. The room was in disrepair, broken door lock, broken key reader, parts of the room laying around. The refrigerator smelt bad, and No phone. All day all I could hear was a dog screaming and wimpering. When I asked about it they told me it was being kennel trained. I didn't dare complain about it because it belonged to the lady that worked the front desk, for fear she would have us thrown out. One day her children decided to have a door slamming contest for 10 hours. When you walked outside the workers amongst other people would stand next to the door and smoke. Also there are vagrants wandering around the parking lot. The parking lot was disgusting, there are dirty diapers and random household items everywhere. Worst experience ever. I'm never staying there again and I'm never using booking.com again.

it wasn’t comfortable and I had to get a different room because the first room was dirty and the first room wasn’t never clean or looked at and someone said they don’t know why they keep putting people in the room and the second room was dirty a bit and the bed wasn’t comfortable and it heard and they didn’t do good at all with there job as house keeping

my room was filthy there was a can of molded food in my room hidden under the heater. They wouldn’t give me my money back for that. the website had false advertising, when I got to the property to check in I check in, and two days later they came out of no where with all of these extra fees that weren’t included in my price. the staff was very rude and unprofessional and used profanity towards the guests.

The check in staff was rude I got harassed by loitering men when entering the hotel to check in the room smelled there was a hole in the wall behind the door that you could see they tried to patch over but did a terrible job the floors were gross and stained there was a missing drawer in the kitchenette there was a cork board that had graffiti on it the bathroom was not clean there was a razor blade on the floor behind the bathroom door the sides of the toilet were nasty dirty and you could tell it was not cleaned properly inside the bowl the inner rim was disgusting covered in brown stuff there was no trash can in the room or the bathroom the beds were hard and the hallways outside the room were dirty with random trash laying around and very obvious stains in the carpet cracks in the tile the elevator had random fast food cups in it and the worst part is that booking.com told me the total of my stay would be $121.07 but the hotel charged $125.34

Yes I will…the hotel overbook so anybody with a 3rd party reservation was not able to stay there so we were stranded and our evening concert was ruined.
