Comfortable beds, okay for a night!

I really enjoyed the room location, we could see our cars from our hotel room. The beds were extremely comfortable!!

It’s definitely outdated. Our room smelled like straight up chemicals, probably from cleaning which is a good sign, but the smell lingered all of our stay. I did not like the breakfast which is the reason we booked this rather than a more expensive hotel without breakfast. I would have preferred the more expensive one without breakfast. Everyone raved about the breakfast in the reviews. It was definitely barely edible and dirty.

I still like Best Western, but will check out other hotels better.

The room was good, bed was very comfortable, nice pillows. bathroom facilities were great, very clean. Nice hot water for good showers.

I booked here mainly because of the Best Western breakfast. I expected bacon or sausage for the price paid. Seeing that the breakfast star of the show was biscuits and gravy. I did like the waffle station...but, I can get the same at another hotel much cheaper for the price for the booking. I had an issue with the tv. I came back from Asia, I stayed at various hotels and would watch my Youtube with my account, no problems. Here the Youtube would constantly freeze and I was frustrated and just used my laptop.

Super clean and convenient stay just outside of the Bay Area

This is a clean and well-run hotel as well as a great value. The room was spacious and felt secure and quiet. The free breakfast was a great perk and the staff was super courteous.

Nice big rooms. Clean, Free Parking. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is very good and a lot more than just an average or below average continental you normally see in most hotels.

Wi-Fi didn't work, had to use my phone data. I was put in room right by the breakfast buffet and woke up early due to the loud noise of people having their breakfast. There should NOT be a room in this location.

Nice hotel for a short stay

Very clean room in newer, modern hotel near downtown Livermore. We really enjoyed exploring the downtown area with its many restaurants and fountains.

The bed was lower than expected and not as comfortable as those in other comparable hotels.

Adequate for a short stay

Bed was comfortable and it was fine for a short stay. I had higher expectations based on the reviews.

When I pulled in the parking lot there was a pack of about 15 raccoons eating trash. There was very limited parking. Breakfast wasn’t great. The white lights in the room are too harsh.

The front desk employees were very friendly; greeted guests with a smile. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The sink/mirror is separate from toilet room/shower which is always convenient with traveling with others. A hot breakfast was available which offered a good selection.

There were noisy guests a couple of doors down (singing loudly at 10:30 p.m.!!) We placed a call to the front desk and they took care of the issue quickly. We appreciated their quick response.

Updated and modern hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Uncontrollable events happened during my stay. Domestic violence fight(11pm) on the 3rd floor a couple doors down from me. Not to mention the constant children running down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The cannabis scent lingering in the air all awhile a no smoking sign everywhere. My TV went black. Had to be rebooted by the staff.

Best Western Livermore

We have stayed here before and we loved it. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast every morning was very nice, and we could get coffee in the lobby around the clock. I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet bowl in the bathroom. It was so small, it made it very hard to use. It was so low to the ground. It reminded me of a toilet in a pre school

They dropped the ball on a lot of stuff. I wanted the heated pool for my 1 year old grandson.

Pool was not heated. Pool area was dirty and the pool was to. They booked my room for another family who tried to get into my room at 10:15 until I yelled at them to get away from my door. Fan in room made a loud noise.

Beautiful update

I had stayed here previously several years ago, but I think the room that I stayed in has been updated since then. It's very nicely done now. For this visit, I also appreciated being able to have a room close to where I parked.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable. Also, I kind of wished the breakfast was more like the La Quinta breakfast.

Never stay again

**My experience with breakfast at this hotel was very disappointing.** I stayed for three nights, and from the very first morning, I informed the staff member serving breakfast that there was no breakfast tea or honey available. Unfortunately, she simply ignored my request. I then approached the front desk, where I was told that these items were out of stock, but I was assured they would be available the next morning. However, the same excuse was given each day, and no effort was made to actually provide the tea or honey. On the third day, I discovered that the egg omelette being served contained ham. This was not mentioned anywhere, and I do not eat ham. When I raised this concern with the front desk, the response was a casual "oh, sorry" followed by a statement that the omelette always includes ham. There was no warning or indication about this ingredient, which was very disappointing. Overall, I found the staff to be inattentive, unhelpful, and lacking in courtesy. This experience fell far below the level of service I expected.
