Low quality mattress / double charge

Very clean, spotless even. Spacious room.

Worst mattress ever. It felt like a slap of hay I was sleeping on. Even in not so great hotels they have better and more comfortable mattresses than here. Got charged at the hotel even though I had proof I paid already on booking.com. Parking spots are tight - my car got dinged over night.

I DID NOT LIKE THIS PROPERTY.

THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS RUDE, RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL. HE TURNED MY EXPERIENCE THERE INTO A TERRIBLE ONE. HE EVEN MADE VERBAL THREATS OUT LOUD AS WE WERE LEAVING THE PROPERTY. THEY ALSO HAVE A BUG PROBLEM!! THERE TV’S DONT’T WORK PROPERLY. THEY’RE LOCATED SO CLOSE TO THE FIELD IT’S EASY FOR LIZARDS TO ENTER INTO THE SIDE ENTRANCE DOORS.

Horrible. Manager Damian is sexist and rude to people who spend their hard money to stay there.

The breakfast lady and Yaz at the front desk were always helpful. Even with unfortunate events from their manager.

Just giving my review for second stay and it was horrible. Assistant manager Damian is rude and sexist. I enjoyed my stay when not having to deal with him but unfortunately l, when your card is getting random charges from the facility.. I have to ask right? Well he kicked me out for asking .
