Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue upon arrival and they took care of us immediately. The manager and his staff are amazing and on top of things. The rooms were very clean and updated and modern (were stayed in 2 different rooms). Breakfast was great as well. Thank you for making this trip great.

Breakfast menu was fresh and good!

Room had ants and felt dingy. No one fixed our beds or did anything to tidy during the day. In-room coffee was not replaced. Breakfast was not good.

During our 2 day stay house keeping knocked on our door at 7am even though we had our DND tag up. One of the nights we were woken up at 4:30 am from constant construction truck noises. Our last night my room key deactivated so we went into the office and nobody was there. We had to call the hotel and wait for someone to finally come in and help us. There was no sign that they were gone or anything…

Great stay.

The reviews for most part were very good. Is why I decided on thi place. Quickly leared why not fan of low budget hotels. The walls are paper thin. The staff was not too friendly and the most annoying part was $100 deposit carge I was unknowingly charged for. That ended up being the same price as the room. Could not figure out why it was required when everthing in the room was not worth $100 in value. Was not like there was a bar or restaurant to run a room tab to. The spa been drained for years. Very few channels. The door was difficult to open. The room sightly smelled like mold and cigarettes. Infestation of ants in bathroom. I was granted a late check out till noon. But received several phone calls from front desk new crew and maid dervices several times before 11:30. No soap in bathroom. Now I get to wait all week to get my deposit back, for a room that really shouldn't require one. My recommendation honestly is to pay the extra $29 to $59 dollars to step up to 3 star room at a major chain hotel instead. The little bit extra it cost is well worth dealing with all the above I mention ib post. Morale of the story is you really get alot more for your money for paying a little bit more

It was so nice to make reservation on line. Easy peasy last minute plans worked out very well.

If you use a wheelchair, book somewhere else. There were nonplacard vehicles in the two handicap parking spots; which only one is ramp accessible. I told the front desk manager that I needed to unload a wheelchair. She told me to unload my minor son and wheelchair in the parking lot before I park. He's a person, not luggage. I figured out later management was parked in the handicap spots. One vehicle even had a custom plate-bold. Inconsiderate and unethical-what a great combo.

Our towels were used, they were damp, dirty and full of hair when we checked into the room. When we called to tell them they said if you want more towels you need to come and get them yourself. Room wasn’t clean bathroom was dirty and the food was old and gross. Guest service was rude a could care less about our room being dirty.

The lady who checked us in, wasn’t very nice, she wasn’t very helpful either she didn’t even tell us about the breakfast situation. And when I asked, she seemed to be bothered. The room was nice and dark unfortunately, a neighbor decided to sit on a bench and talk on speakerphone and woke us up early.

This hotel was an easy place to stop for the night and good price. The room was clean and comfortable. However the lobby and office area need a good cleaning and organizing. Very dusty and cluttered. Made me a little concerned for what the room would be like but as I said the room was fine. Hotel management should take a look from a customers point of view when they walk in.

Newer property in superb condition. Spacious room with good matress. Well stocked complimentary breakfast.

Nice quick and convenient

Nice enough place for a budget traveler. My room was up to date. Nice large bathroom.

Room was great! Comfortable beds and wonderfully large bathroom/nice shower! Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options, but we liked what we had!

Staff was nice. Close to freeway. Grounds were a little unkempt, especially the empty, dirty hot tub area.

Clean and the staff was real friendly.

Clean room and shower, very comfortable bed , the only problem was the fridge , it was super loud it kept waking me up.

Ugh. Uncomfortable. Sometimes our room was cleaned - sometimes not. Ugh

Nice room, the cross room noice is very low given more sturdy walls and flooring.

Room 105 (next door) was slamming constantly until after midnight. Woke up 6 times overnight because of that. Room smelled like mildew. Toilet seat had what looked like blood on it and had to be cleaned off before use. Generally poor stay overall.

The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs and sausage every morning, even a waffle machine.

Love staying here. Usually a five. Garbage removal truck came at 3 am. Very noisy woke us up. Other than that we love the place.

we stayed here for 3 days and I liked the property, because of the fact that the Bathroom is big and everything worked the way we expected. Big Thumps Up.
