Parking and the bed was comfy love that they clean the room daily

The staff don’t answer the phone when you call ….i have tested this by calling them multiple times then walking in the lobby while I’m calling and letting the phone ring on my end seeing the flashing red light indicating a call is coming through and mike was sitting at the front desk with the ringer off to the phone acting as if someone else turns off the ringer

It was exactly what we needed for one night, close to the highway exit.

Although the room was small and old, everything worked. The bed was comfortable. There were no smells. The shower had good flow of hot water. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. There was a fair bit of equipment in the room, including iron box and ironing board.

The parking lot is difficult to get into and out of. There are not too many plug points in the room, would be nice to have a socket extension. A few USB charge ports would also help. With increasing number of BEVs in CA, it would help if there was a way to charge outside the room.

Hi Rodeway inn, It’s me Anwar Ali stayed with you in Rodeway inn from 31st January until 7 February-2025 at room number 133. I have checked out on 7 February however, the 100$ deposit is not yet refunded to my Visa card. I complained to SAB bank and they said it is on hold by merchant side. Why? I complained to [link removed] and they asked bank statement as evidence, I uploaded the bank statement however, no action has been taken yet. It’s more than 6 weeks past that the amount is still on hold by hotel. May I know why, please?? I complained to bank again today, they said still on hold by merchant. Why?? Appreciate to extend the process and refund the money. Thank you. Regards, Anwar

Location was convenient

Everything staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! Hotel was filled with allot of drug users and prostitution. Staff was extremely combative over a towel that was dirty.

Cheap close by my work and good staff.

This place is good. The staff are great and its cheap and they let me check in early because I work crazy times. They are in the process of remodeling, so it is nice.

No frig yet and 1 time I got a non smoking room that was smokey. This last time I had noise neighbors that sat on the bench outside my room talking. I am just a light sleeper. Really nothing that the staff could do except the frig and non smoking.

Our check in was at 3 pm on June 8th and we were not able to check in due to computer system was down. We did not receive any call to let us know nor we received a call when system was back up to let us know we can check in. I had a graduation that day at 6pm and had to get ready well I was not able to. It was a very stressful situation. I will not stay there again! I emailed manager Paul and till this date a week later I have not received any response. I requested a night worth refund because I did not check in till that day till midnight.
