Not great but no more

Very big room. Has microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge and it is very clean. Appreciate the hot water.

The room was huge, but one can hear everything from upstarts (endless footsteps). Also the bed is right next to the kitchen where they prepare breakfast. It started to get super loud and noisy before 6AM on a Saturday. There are five pillows on the bed but all of them are super high. No options for a lower pillow and our necks suffered the whole night. The breakfast was okay. The egg omelette has think american cheese inside and there is no option to not have the cheese. The waffle ended up to be the only acceptable food.

The location. Breakfast is included in the price and the room prices are exceptional. I like that there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The size of the upgraded king room was so small! You could barely turn around when two people were coming or going into the room. Kept running into the closet and when the bathroom door was open you can barely get to the front door. Our friends travelling with us had a standard king room and it was much bigger than our upgraded room. It’s probably because of the jacuzzi tub that is in the room. If I had known that, I would have kept with the standard king. Also, our room had a very musty/moldy stink to it. We had to open the window and keep it open the entire time to try and get some fresh air in there. Also, the lighting is not very good in the room. The TV is very small in relation to other comparable rooms we have stayed at in that area.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good lots of choices that most hotels that serve continental breakfast dont of have. In room sauna was very convenient.

This La Quinta property fit all of our needs.

The location was very convenient. The room was clean with ample room. Like having a small fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast had a good selection of options and was pleased that the eggs and sausage were actually warm.

The rooms did not smell clean, first room really smelled terrible, went to front desk to ask for air freshener but they did not have any. The receptionist was kind to give us another room that smelled better but still stunk.

Not so happy stay

The location

It’s old and needs updating. The toilet seat was broken. The shower head leaked. The carpet is dirty. The room sits next to the exit door that if one does not hold on to it when exiting it will slam shut.

Never again.

Pros: -The staff were friendly -The price was good for a hotel room in that area -It did check all the boxes as far as amenities goes, it had a pool/hot tub/sauna/free breakfast ect -There was no cockroaches in our room 🤦🏻‍♀️ -They upgraded us to a room with a jet tub which we were not expecting -The window in our room was able to open right up which helped to get the gross smell out -The area was decent as it was close to the freeway, however the hotel did have a sketchy vibe for sure

Cons: -My husband and I were sitting in the sauna relaxing and a giant cockroach the size of an Ipod was a few inches away from me (Probably doesn't help that the door to the pool was propped open to the outside) -The door to the room they gave us had clearly been broken into before because there was wood over that part of the door -It was rather filthy in the room, if you just peek behind the night stands there is all sorts of trash back there -The rest of the hotel was quite run down as well -Breakfast was pretty minimal, especially would have been nice if they had almond/soy milk, but I also didn't really feel comfortable eating there after having seen a huge cockroach a few rooms over from the breakfast area the night before We've stayed at other La Quintas before and they were WAY nicer than this one. Even though the price was good, we won't stay here again.

Front desk failure

good location, good value.

The front desk staff person was not friendly whatsoever, when I checked in he asked for my name and gave me my key and that was it! He never said hi or welcome and did not say anything about pool hours, breakfast times, front desk hours or having to request maid service. I had to ask where my room was located, it seemed that I was not welcome. Also the room was kinda small and reeked of cigarette smoke.

Hotel was not clean. Sticky floor in the elevator during entire stay, trash in the pool and surruindings, including in sauna. Rusted stain in the bathtube, bathtube faucet falling apart. Seems like lundry is also used by people not people not being hotel’s guests. Thus, I had no comfort to use lundry machines after.

I thought the man that checked me in was a little rude and the carpet is fifthy I am sure a carpet cleaner could help its to nasty to have guest. I was very dissappointed it definetly was not worth the cost i could have did better at a motel six .
