They had everything they promised on their website

Breakfast was decent for a complimentary meal. Rooms are very clean and have fridge and microwaves which helps the meal situation. The staff was friendly and helpful

Well worth the investment

I like it for it's convenience and affordability. Rooms were very clean and breakfast met my expectations. I would stay her again should I ever travel to Livermore again.

At checkout, the clerk, who I assume was the owner, told me that he would not be able to provide an invoice. He said that I would have to go through Booking.com. Booking.com told me that I had to go through the property.

It was ok, good for a quick sleep.

The hotel.is older but room was updated, no bed bugs, pleasant experience checking in and out

The sheets were not very soft, kinda scratchy, towels are literally see through. The carpet felt dirty. Cleaning crew started early and were loud, bumping into walls and causing a ruckus early in the morning

No swimming pool available, leaking ice machine, water all over floor, stairs shaky(old) scary, beds not that comfortable & could here neighbors conversation, not much privacy!

Breakfast was good and cleaning and breakfast staff was really nice, my room was clean.oh and forgot my toothbrush and they provided one for no extra charge.

Stairs were really worn out, scary to use , loose & old. Soda machine leaks a lot if water and makes it very unsafe to walk by it, I slipped & almost fell 🫤 breakfast area really small only 9 can sit in there to eat . No swimming pool 😐 Kind of hard to communicate with front desk person because his English wasn’t really clear, heavy accent.And disliked that the neighbors smoking outside my room was making all the smell come in to my room!

We were there for two nights, it served its purpose and didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean. Looks recently updated, painted, so forth. The bed was comfortable and not already dented. I didn’t keep rolling into my spouse! So that was great.

The outside could use some pressure washing and probably a paint job. I’m sure they are getting around to that. The stairs going up to the second floor on the left side of the building appear to be made of metal and concrete. Some of the metal has rusted away, so that was a little disconcerting.

Toilet Overflowed Twice

Welcoming staff, property is nice though the hot tub is out of order.

Toilet starting gurgling when I was not even in the bathroom, then when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night it had overflowed all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it up and went back to bed. The next morning before I could shower it started again gurgling and overflowed. I have never in all my trips with Bookin had this happen. It might not have been the hotel's place to issue a refund but this it not a location I will ever stay at again.

Staff was nice. Pillows too small. Noise from breakfast room was adjacent to our room.

Breakfast was good. We could hear walking above and we were put next to the breakfast room, so we could hear people in the morning. The lobby wall and ceiling need repairs, worn, peeling.

Could hear noise from our room, otherwise, the room was fine. The pillows were very small, standard, not queen or king size.

Despite the negatives I mentioned, I'd stay there again.

The room was very clean, no heavy cleaning odors, nice comfortable bed..

The hot water in the sink too a long time to get hot and the drain was slow. The door was hard to get unlocked with the magnetic card. I had coffee and cereal for breakfast. Sausage patties didn't look too appetizing.

I’d definitely stay here again!

Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Desk staff was very polite and assisted me with directions on the phone when I couldn’t locate the inn at night in the dark. The young man was so helpful!!
