Everything worked well for me. From the location, the parking, the staff, the room, to the cleanliness of the place, I loved it. The online checking is a little bit unnecessary since you go over it again at the desk.

I know this isn’t a 5 star hotel. Some things are just non negotiable though. We got checked-in to an occupied room. Our towels had blemishes like someone cleaned their face on it. The shower floor had some white residue. We were not sure if that was from the tile’s grout or heavy soap. Very thin walls…. Had terrible sleep because my neighbor had the tv on all night. Not really the Hotel’s fault. Just letting you know what to expect. My review is so that you can improve. Not here to get anyone in trouble. The room was clean - employees were kind and helpful.

Parking was easy but the hotel is in a sort of "hotel/business complex/ industrial area" right beside the freeway and is not well lit..It was quiet at night but sort of creepy but i had no problems

Livermore is such a great city! you have a bit of everything around the town including a whole shopping center it's a really nice area. the hotel was clean and breakfast was okay! (just your average breakfast) sausage, potatoes, eggs, waffles, some cereal, oatmeal etc. my only complaint is the bathroom it was clean! but the toilet is really loud and you have to hold down a few seconds to flush. and the way the shower rod is positioned water leaks on the floor so it's a little messy but the water pressure was great. as soon as we walked in our room there was a bleach smell .. which we just aired it out by opening the windows it's nice to know that they actually use bleach those lol most hotels are unsanitary overall 8/10 experience!

Quick check in. Tiny room. Reserved room for 4 people. Only 3 towels. They didn’t have anyone extra. Had to go downstairs to get it myself. No hot tub but nice pool. Breakfast average. Good selection but soggy. Luggage trolley had flat tire. I have always thought Best Western Plus’ were nicer but this was not the case here. But it was clean and fine for one quick night stay.
