The amenities had everything we were looking for. The staff was amazing!! The hotel was superbly managed. We got there early and they were super accommodating and were able to go ahead and get us in our room a lil early. I cannot stress enough how wonderfully we were treated. Everything was super clean, well stocked, updated and more comfortable than most places we have stayed!! The Tv was bigger than most places and the breakfast was honestly the best continental breakfast we have ever had!! I had been in a car accident the night before and the hot tub soothed my aches and pains so well, it was much needed! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay, short term or long term. And again, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The bathroom door wasn't normal- it was a sliding barn door style with no lock. Not private. The sink was chipped and damaged, some things seemed overall uncaredfor or old. But staff was kind

Our room was not as pictured, no separation between living room area and bed, Poor quality breakfast, elevator out of order for days and we had to lug everything up 4 flights of stairs , large bus of kids without chaperones running around the building and making tons of noise were rude and disrespectful. Kitchen had limited silverware, no knives, couch bed was lumpy, shower had cracked walls poorly repaired, staff didn’t follow the do not disturb signs , pool was cold, hot tub jets didn’t work, for the cost I expected more quality in the atmosphere and people to be more respectful and it just wasn’t there. Staff at register for buying snacks were not friendly or polite. It seemed more of an inconvenience for them

Don't stay here

The room was ok.

Room wasn't very wheelchair accessible. Small. Carpeted. Which people in wheelchairs know it's hard to get around on. Bathroom was small. None of the accessible doors worked. Good thing my bf was with me! What happens if it's just one person in a wheelchair? They won't be able to get around. Hallways were dirty. There was also a bird in the hallway. Breakfast was less desirable. Fritata, Breakfast croissant, waffles, cereal, and fruit. Which i dont like none of. Coffee and OJ and milk. Eyes burned after being in pool room. Spa was ok. Pool was waaay too cold. So needless to say, I won't be back to this hotel!

Louisville stay

Very friendly,helpful staff, varied breakfast and good coffee. Nice gym, pool and jacuzzi area. I left some earrings and they called me to go get them.😁 Room ventilation and freeway noise was the downside of this place so I didn't sleep well although they kindly changed my room. The downtown area in general is quite delapidated and there are lots of homeless men roaming around. The hyped Nulu area nearby was a letdown, not worth the visit there.

Meet up with friends in Louisville.

All the staff was kind and friendly and the late night clerk was especially efficient., I requested a room change and it was done immediately.The manager was present and helpful with that. Breakfast was 5 stars with a great variety of hot and cold dishes and the breakfast area atmosphere was cozy and open to stay and talk afterwards The pool was a bit chilly but the jacuzzi was hot and conducive to relaxing and the weight room looked well stocked.

The only down side was the furniture and carpets -- a bit worn and dated and dark, and the AC and ventilation systems were too noisy for me so sleep was hard,which was why I changed rooms. The secind room was somewhat better and ear plugs helped.

The door fell off the cabinet in the kitchen several times. Only 1 mirror, which became a little crowded when getting ready to go out. Felt like the pool should of been open longer.

The hotel is located in a great area. We took Uber and lifts wherever we wanted to go for under $10 a ride. It's walking distance to pretty much anywhere in the city. The front desk staff are very friendly. The housekeeping staff didn't speak ANY English. I had to type my question on her phone she handed me, to be translated. Kids in the elevator had been at the pool. They seemed to have enjoyed it.

I didn't like that we pay for a two bedroom suite, there were four of us. And we only had two regular coffee pods and not enough bath towels. It took several attempts to get through to the front desk. The gentleman was very nice but said he was the only one on shift and there wasn't anyone that could bring it to the room. Therefore we had to go down to get it. Again, he gave us two pods. I found this frustrating. Also, I didn't like walking through clouds of cigarette smoke every morning going to the car. The smoking area is right outside the main and only entrance to the parking garage. Every morning there were people standing right at the door smoking. It was pretty gross. Maybe move the smoking away from the door.
